Regan Air Conditioning And Air Source Heat Pumps

We had Regan Air complete an air source heat pump installation for us and they couldn't have done a better job. From start to finish, the communication has been on point, Nick made things go so smoothly and limited any disruption to our household to a minimum, which was brilliant with us having an autistic child. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

First class experience all round. From the first time I made contact right through to installation the service was fantastic. I wasn’t made to feel stupid for asking ‘stupid’ questions, I wasn’t told I ‘had to have my partner there’ to get a quote (as if men make the decisions) and I couldn’t be more pleased. Even the after service was top notch!

Nick was amazing at coming to fix my air source heat pump. He worked hard to problem solve the issue, the ashp was still under warranty and Nick took time to liaise with manufacturer to ensure parts were replaced under the existing warranty. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and Regan Air, they were honest, reliable and affordable. I will certainly be using them again for ongoing servicing and if any other issues occur with the pump. I try to use local companies where possible and like that they are based here in South East Cornwall too.
