Beresfords guided us though the sale of our house with ease and their professionalism. Initially Jacob visited us at home explained the process, as we've been in our home for 33years we weren't sure how this worked nowadays.Dan was our assigned agent, he informed us who was coming to see the house and on what dates and times, he also showed the prospective buyers around the property, he had great knowledge of the local area, so could answer questions from viewers.Our house was sold that first weekend, our fears were allayed. Many thanks Beresfords especially Jacob and Dan.

Daniel Northwood has been amazing. He helped my elderly parents secure their dream bungalow. They had a very rocky ride but he was there every step of the way with infinite patience & advice. Having been in property sales myself, I know what a difficult job it can be, but Dan was honest and upfront about hurdles we needed to overcome and relentless in helping see the completion through.Also Wendy the lady progressing the sale was great and had no hesitation in updating not only my parents regularly, but myself also.I would highly recommend Beresfords services to anyone looking to sell their property.Thank again!!

Moving house is stressful but Beresfords did a fantastic job in getting us over the line. From offering us mortgage advice with James, then having Dan to call all the way through the process was really reasurring. Dan did a fantastic job even when unexpected hurdles were placed in front of us. I couldn't recommend Dan and James more.

Initially we used another local agent in the area to sell our house and did not receive great service. We then switched to Beresfords. Jacob and his team, including Dan and Jack, were straight talking and put in a lot of effort to support our transaction to exchange. We recently exchanged (both buying and selling with Beresford) and this could not have happened without the support from Dan.Throughout whole process Dan kept us up to date, he was quick to reply, always got back to us and generally was a great help throughout. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this man deserves a raise!When Dan was off there was always a handover to the rest of the team (Jack in particular) and they picked up right where Dan had left off.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beresfords (both Shenfield and Brentwood) to anyone looking to move.
