If I could give them a review of minus stars I would. Not only has their attempt at help not worked, they have caused serious long lasting harm to my life with a unwarranted section. The support they offer is of shocking quality this place needs reporting.Update, this place completely destroyed my life, family, the progress I made and the future of my little boy who will now grow up without his mother and father who loved him and never harmed him. Some of the people who work here are the sickest I've met getting off on the power they hold they should never be allowed to work with vulnerable people. They will use your every vulnerability against you. Do not get involved with mental health services if you have children I implore you, I never harmed my child but he was removed because they used my mental health against me. Michelle Morris and Angela Conway should be sacked for the hurt and unneccisary suffering they caused me.Also the therapist is useless, told me for 4 sessions running she didn't have time to do the therapy, then I got a letter about being abusive when I called her a irritating woman after being told again she didn't have time.The social worker Rachel Smith will manipulate you into trusting her and break confidentiality.They aren't secure with your data as I received reports to my address for other patients, with their details on them.This service is abhorrent, I was never even given a diagnosis, they will twist everything against you, make you feel insane, manipulate, decieve and leave you with no help at your worst.

I was caught in the endless circle of GP to foxrush then back to GP etc. I can tell you right now Foxrush house is dangerous. After years of circles with them I bit the bullet and with help found a private psychotherapist. It is only through doing the work that I now look back and see just how dangerous this place actually is. If you can bypass this place and find an affordable therapist they are out there. Because if you put your trust in this place to help you will be left far worse off. Absolutely shocking.

My partner is under the care of foxrush house, but since the 18th of October when her last cpn left the service, has had zero support we have both tried to get someone to take over her care, but the worker who has taken over has had little to none in the way of contact with her, hopefully they get something sorted and my partner gets the level of help and support she really needs. Would have gave this service a lower star but couldn't.

I had my initial Autism assessment yesterday with Laura and I have been trying to find a way to contact the trust to tell them how wonderful my experience was. I have had a lot of negative experiences with the NHS, but the assessment I had with Laura has gone a long way to building my confidence with NHS staff. She is really excellent at her job and knows so much about Neurodiversity, I hope anyone in my position looking for answers gets as lucky as me and has her assess them.

firstly i agree with all the negative reviews. I was supposed to be supported by a CPN that never happened i had letters to say i have been refered on to a another CPN 5 times and yet 4 years on still no one. Need i say more! we understand the systom is over spilling but that is not the fault of us that is so desperate need of help.Hopefully with a new team of doctors they taken on (2) can get this practice in some kind of order and soon.Just not acceptable!

Do not expect help from these ppl. Pay private if you can, they're an absolute joke. Fob you off all the time and talk down to you like your mental health means nothing. But they know best apparently as they're professionals. HA. I could write an essay on all the s**t they talk and what lack of help they actually are.

This place actively harms your mental health. They will tell you they will refer you and fail to do so, will say they will get back to you in 2 weeks and will respond 3 months later because you've chased them half a dozen times, and will have triggering conversations with patients in the waiting area right next to you. Yes we should be grateful for the NHS but wow, mental health services here practically want you to kill yourself.Edit: I made the above review 7 months ago and it hasn't gotten any better. Made complaints where a manager never got back to me. On one instance they arranged a meeting because they promised help and never gave it. I said I needed help and they never got back to me. You might not have the money to go private and might need help but this place will not give it to you.

been with them over a year they keep offering me more anti depressants that make me feel even worse then when i explain to them i feel suicidal with the lack of progress being made they just say we dont have a magic pill" i wonder how many deaths they have on their hands if this is who we have to turn to at our lowest then we are all doomed because they offer no help"

There a joke fob you of phone crisis phone crisis oh phone foxrush I'm Autistic not stupid can't wait to get u off the phone I live by routine they have ruined all my routine making you sound like your annoying them no help what so ever false promises of things are going to get better belive nothing they say they don't help what so ever.

Please for your own sake AVOID THIS PLACE they do more harm than good in fact they do no good at all. The staff are mean and rude and treat us like we are nobody’s. They’ve hurt me that bad I’m too scared to reach out for help elsewhere. I’m surprised this place is still allowed to operate.
