Very slow service, even if you give a few days before pickup, prescription is not ready, they only seem to prepare it when you turn up, so problems such as not in stock only crop up then, causing further delay. Staff move in slow motion, ignore customers and don't seem to care. I have changed my chosen pharmacy to Boots, Forge Retail Park.

This is my local pharmacy in which I use regularly for repeat presentations. I honestly think that the staff there on the whole are lovely. I used the pharmacy today in an emergency situation and they attended to my needs quickly and professionally. I certainly would never give a positive review to any organisation if they did not deserve it.

Consistently very, very slow, inefficient, uncommunicative, unhelpful, and not at all customer focused. We’ve now transferred to Jhoots, and can’t believe the positive difference! I wish we’d changed years ago, and recommend anyone putting up with the awful service at Lloyds to do the same.

Second time I have been to this pharmacy to collect medication automatically sen there and it has been closed due to no pharmacist. Surely it could have opened for over the counter medications and prescriptions already for collection which mine would have been. Bit disgraceful as have to wait until can reorder prescription til you only have a week supply left the. 4 days to allow for it to be ready to collect and closed so no medication for the weekend very annoying

Closed with a tacky sign up saying sorry were closed. went to the Lloyd's website which simply says sometimes as a business due to unforseen circumstances we're closed. So.... we go without our prescriptions that are behind your counter? It says contact another pharmacy who may dispense emergency meds but they may not either.Great help. Always busy in here. Lines are long. Pharmacists at the back gossiping about he said she said.Get some professionalism and work in a more productive manner with speed of service also in mind.

Amazing staff and friendly service. One of the best pharmacies I've been to. Extremely helpful when i went in for a covid booster and flu jab for an elderly relative.

Was stood outside the Pharmacy at twenty past 9 waiting for it to open. Obviously the staff struggle to get out of bed in time for it to open at 9am

Such rude and unprofessional staff. After being told they only had 1 day of tables so must go else where, I was laughed at by a young member of staff. I called the staff member out and asked what was funny? She relied and said nothing, I said no, please explain what's so funny. She then ignored me and tried seeing to another customer. Again I called her out as ignoring someone when your already in conversation is rude. The staff members in the back proceeded to talk about me within earshot?! How stupid can one team be. Absolutely shameful behaviour and will never recommend it use again. Rude, unprofessional and all round joke of a pharmacy!

Shocking service, they sent me somewhere else to collect a prescription that was actually at their pharmacy, didn't even apologise for it, then the pharmacist started to huff about when I said there should be more than one item. So rude!
