B&M Store with Garden Centre
When shopping with my blind sister at B&M Bideford ,it is very hard to get up the through the shop with all the baskets with goods in them blocking the ways through the shop , because she has to hold onto the trolley it is hard for myself to look at anything and explain to her what is there ,it's a lovely big shop spoilt by baskets in the way throughout the shop ,no thought has gone into shopping for people with disabilities ,

A large store with plenty of choice.When asking for assistance... nobody around for 15 minutes, except the person on the till serving.When we finally found someone, they didn't know where the product was.All a bit lacklustre and a general feeling of 'can't be bothered'
