I had my first appointment today. Could not get an appointment with my GP at all !I did contact the Wimborne Ear Clinic. Got an appointment two days later. Very professional, kind, helpful and an amazing service. I think to go to a GP is a waste of time anyway. In this clinic they have the knowledge and are really helpful. After the examination the nurse knew what was wrong. They have all the gadget to look into your ears.Just want to say a massive Thank You for today.I have now an answer and I’m happy.Can not recommend enough.Thanks again for your help and advice.Marion

Brilliant. Went for earwax removal thinking it necessary. After check told not required therefore wouldn't charge for unnecessary treatment. Given instruction on correct insertion of hearing aids which was clearly the original problem. Many thanks.

I had an appointment this morning with Helen at the Wimborne clinic for the removal of an ear wax build up. After a brief chat regarding symptoms and an explanation of the micro-suction process, Helen proceeded to remove a surprising quantity of wax from both ears in a calm and professional manner. After a week or so of gradually deteriorating hearing I was released back into a surprisingly noisy world in no time!Excellent service at a fair price, many thanksKelvin

Wonderful! Very impressed. I can highly recommend The Private Ear Clinic in Wimborne. I visited yesterday and was very impressed. I had a full diagnostic hearing test with Sarah, audiologist, and she was excellent - very thorough, but also warm and caring. I then had hearing therapy with Penny afterwards and she was wonderful! It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to see Penny. I can highly recommend seeing her if you are considering hearing therapy. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but also warm, caring, very intuitive/perceptive and reassuring, and we went through everything. I had lots of questions! I felt listened to and understood and there was no rush, even when I was concerned that we’d run over the hour a bit. My tinnitus has already been so much quieter since I saw her (she has helped me feel less afraid of it and more relaxed around it and I now feel I know what to do and will be able to manage it and can start to get on happily with my life). Also, I slept really well last night. (Tinnitus-sufferers can lose a lot of sleep.) The price for these two appointments was very reasonable too, and the clinic is nice and clean and bright and pleasant inside, and reassuringly, there were the usual Covid safety-precautions in place. If you have any hearing or ear problems, I would really recommend you visit them. I am so glad I did.

Used their free ear wax check service. Was told no earwax build up so was not charged, as no earwax removal needed. Very honest and great service. Would highly recommend. Booking using the online booking tool was very easy.

After contacting my doctor and being told they couldn't see me for a week, plus saying they wouldn't do anything anyway other than tell me what was wrong, I thought to look at other options. I found the ear clinic local to me and contacted them. They booked me in the same day for an appointment to see them and I'm so glad I did.. they diagnosed my issue and explained what was needed. The whole experience was fast, pain free, very professional and the staff were kind, smiley and happy to help. I'd recommend to just book straight with these guys, as it felt like they care and know exactly what they are doing, plus really set up for it. Thank you to all the staff and especially jacquie who saw to me.

I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I now live 200 miles away. Amazing service, reassuring and professional dealing with my complicated ears!
