I posted a few weeks ago but hasn’t come through. I’ve been served by Sam a few times and she’s the most loveliest person I’ve met so helpful and really took her time to help me find the right products for my dogs I will forever make the journey to this store due to Sam thanks so much lovely x

I live 15miles from this store and i would travel more if i had to..the service, knowledge & help you get from the staff is second to non..i have much bigger stores closer to my home but they dont even compare...keep up the fantastic work ladies and gentlemen...a gold star to you all.

As we cannot visit Pets Corner in Shenstone where we always shop they very kindly delivered to my home hide bones which Bertie our cocker spaniel loves. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and kindness to me.

Super friendly staff, broader range of products, including lick, mats and car harnesses, plus everything your pet would need from beds to birdseed to just getting pile of healthy dog, chews for my beloved (dog not hubbie tho luv him too).

We love this brand for their high quality products and great customer service. Always find out something new when we visit the Schenstone store; Matt is as friendly as he is knowledgeable about dog food & treats that are appropriate for our Jorkie dogs. You get what you pay for and we are always happy with our experience.
