Crossroads care has gradually gone down hill over the years, there is no flexibility with them what so ever, when you call to book respite is seems to be done last minute with admin staff who seem they don't know what they are doing, we can't arrange specific times to send my son anywhere as they just offer you anything, managers dont follow up complaints, total shambles of a service.

Had crossroads care for my mum from 2007 onwards till she died in 2018 was okay till 2016 when one of managers encouraged me to switch 2 calls from another agency insisting there would be no cost then charged me£37 for petrol for petrol for shopping call , then usual carer indicated my mother would be better off in a home ,another carer was interfering whilst I was talking to GP on whether my mother should go into hospital or not but my mother died a week later ,avoid this company at all costs will exploit your situation for financial gain, no place for this company in care sector.
