Amazing job done by J Alexander Contractors on our bathroom and toilet room refurbishment. Right from the start when Taz came to quote we felt confident and reassured about all aspects of the job. Communication was really prompt during the whole process, from the ordering of parts through their trade account (which also gives a good discount), and during the works. Rob and Sean did a fabulous job, really paying attention to the detail and involving us in every step by checking in with us on any decisions required, etc. and keeping us updated on progress and next steps every day.We also really appreciated their honesty throughout the process. Their advice around what might work best in the design was also so useful. But also, at the very end when there was the tiniest defect on one of the units, it didn't meet their standard and they reordered the part and had it fitted to complete the works the next day!The quality of the work is of the highest standard and Rob/Sean/Taz/Gaz (the electrician) were knowledgeable, kind, calm under pressure and all had a good sense of humour too! I contacted Taz and team to redo my bathroom. To say I am pleased is an understatement. The quality of the workmanship is everything I was hoping for.What I loved the most (apart from the bathroom!) was that Rob and Dan were great at communicating. Each night, they’d go through what they’ve done for the day and what the plans were for the following day - very reassuring!The end product was excellent and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that wants a bathroom done at a reasonable cost but with a top quality product/finish!

Taz, Rob, Daniel and the guys did a full refurbishment of my main bathroom (rip everything out, fix foundations, install all new stuff) and did an excellent job of it.The guys were friendly, always on time, had a number of measures to help keep things clean and tidy, and helped fix a number of annoying problems I had previously. Not only did the guys do the work, but Taz helped to recommend new items to be installed, and the guys would always answer and explain any queries or concerns I had along the way.I'm very happy with my new bathroom, and I'd definitely recommend J Alexander to anybody else if they're considering bathroom work, big or small!Cheers guys!

From start to finish rob and Shawn the fitters we’re superb seems we had the bathroom completely gutted to the bare brick, the mess was kept to the minimum and was cleaned up everyday before they went.You do wonder if it’s turns out the way you have the visioned and I can honestly say it has and even better due to Rob and Shawn input just tweaking a few things and going that extra mile to make sure it did.For all the contractors we have had doing work on our house J Alexander we’re by far the best we have ever had,May I just say thank you to Gaz the electrician

Bathroom finished. Looking amazing and we are so happy with the finished bathroom. Taz a big thanks for yourself for coming over and giving us the quote and supporting us and making this stress free. Taz was honest and helped with the ordering of the new tiles and bathroom items and gave good advice on what we could do with this small bathroom and most importantly he honest and kept in touch while the works was being completed. Taz most importantly you have a great team and what a good company you run.Rob and Sean who completed this project was amazing guys and cannot fault the workmanship. Honest , clean and friendly lads and taken great pride in their work. Cleaned every day before leaving and answered any questions I had. ( Plus the Sparky's ) Rob and Sean went out their way and collected more tiles. Even looked after the dog while we popped out. Personal thanks to them from myself and from my family. I will be using J Alexander contractors again on my kitchen and any other projects I have in the near future.Once again. THANK YOU and I am so glad I picked J Alexander's to do the bathroom.

What a fantastic find this company was. I've wanted to completely refurbish my en-suite for a long while, but couldn't find a company willing to come into the city centre, until I spoke to Taz. He came to my apartment and we spent over 1.5hrs discussing options available. After accepting their quotation, Taz spent another 1.5hrs with me finalising all the details. No issues were too much for him, even though I made a number of changes! This 'can do' attitude continued when Matt turned up to complete the renovation. Despite the obstacles that come with removing old tiling, Matt just got on with the work, was methodical and tidy and, again, more than happy for me to ask questions. Sean, the apprentice who came for the first two days was also very personable and hardworking, as was Gaz the electrician. When spending a lot of money on a renovation, you want to feel confident with the company chosen to complete the work, and that is exactly how I felt with J Alexander. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else wanting a bathroom re-fit.

Fabulous service from Taz and his team from the start. From initial consultation and quote, Taz was straightforward, clear and easy to chat to and to ask questions about my full bathroom re-fit.The team arrived promptly every day and were so polite and clean and tidy in their work, never had builders like it! They explained what they were doing and answered my sometimes daft questions. The standard of work is very high and im left with a beautiful bathroom I could only dream of. I love it. J Alexander come highly recommended.
