We purchased a number of wine and water glasses to refurbish our depleting stock at home and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of glassware ie. quality, correct glass for its use, hand wash only/dishwasher proof, etc. They stock almost, an endless choice of glassware to suit all budgets and Chris was extremely helpful and patient whilst we made our selection. We highly recommend this Company.

I ordered two sets of glasses. One set or Norlan whisky glasses for a 70th Birthday gift and a set of double-walled coffee glasses for my cheeky Café con leche. Slightly gutted I did not order a set of whisky glasses for myself! Great quality, quick delivery - easy to use website, and fab service. Thank you Wineware.

First class service from Mark at Wineware. We ordered some red wine glasses and one of them broke when we were washing them. Gave the feedback to Mark and he immediately offered a replacement which I didn't expect. I really appreciated this massive goodwill gesture so they have now gained a loyal customer!

Quite simply the best customer experience I have experienced in years.Despite being very well packed, the outer box took a big hit in transit and one out of 18 of the glasses ordered arrived broken. Wineware sent a replacement immediately which arrived next day. Exceptional.

I purchased a wine rack system had to return and order another different system. THe team are lovely and at the end of a phone, gave good advice and dealt with any issues I had really quickly.I was very happy to deal with real people rather than some inbox bot.Thanks again all at Wineware I will definitely be using you guys again on future projects and recommending if anyone asks.
