Just visited to meet a friend. Didnt expect such a nice clean place tucked in the corner. Food was good and fries portion generous. Would go back again. Bathroom was out of order but other than that was good

Been to a bunch of Pepe’s branches across Birmingham, this one is probably one of the better shops, the food is very consistent, got the chicken and rice which was quite nice and cooked properly. Service was very fast despite it being very busy at the time i went, not a bad choice for a quick bite

Cold food, sad looking burgers and extremely slow service! Not worth the money, can't believe I'm saying it but better off going KFC next-door!

I ordered a chicken xl burger. The burger bun was rock hard it also had some wierd white stuff on it..despite it being there fault and me living minutes away they refuse to resolve the problem. Disgusting customer service!

The food was nice but very bad customer service especially the lady with the glasses at the counter. I spent £30 for a dineout with my family and I asked her for 2 extra chilli sauces and she asked me to pay 60 pence extra without even telling me that it gonna cost me additional charge and told me in front of other customers that she had already gave me 2 extra mayo. If they value their customers they must be telling the customer in a polite way that the additional sauce will cost extra. Not behaving in a rude way. Pathetic.
