My experience at Resham has been absolutely fantastic!I've been using this salon for the past 2 years now.I travel from Tamworth to this particular salon in Birmingham, because the staff are not just professional but compassionate, caring, passionate to deliver the best beauty treatments a woman needs.Ever since I went to their establishment I feel like being genuinely taken care.I would to say thank you to Naz who is very lovely person dedicated to provide an excellent service. She is fast paced for waxing and make sure that every Lady is been looked after and no pain is involved.Very reasonably priced and you can feel that Naz is highly trained. She is dlexible and she will only recommend & provide services that you need, she is trustworthy.Thank you soo much for providing such amazing care.

Wow this place is amazing I went to get my Hair highlights and they came out so beautiful I loved them I really do recommend this place to you all the waxing is so smooth and don’t leave any marks or any bits

I’m originally from London and we located to Birmingham a few years ago. I am very particular with my waxing / threading etc.I was driving by Resham’s hair and beauty and thought I try it out. I was pleased with the service and from the first day I attended until present I only use Resham’s for all my beauty needs.I live out of the area but am happy to travel to the shop for their excellent service they provided to me.Just 2 weeks ago I had a family wedding to attend to ( I won’t let anyone just do my make up and never used anyone in Birmingham before)Naz told me they provide make up services.She did such an amazing job that I had compliments all round by everyone at the wedding!

Very good service and outstanding results. I had my hair dyed and trimmed my hair looked amazing. Always satisfied and never disappointed with this service. I would highly recommend for those who would want outstanding results.

I got my legs waxed here. I get them done elsewhere usually but wanted to check this place out as it is much closer. Price was very reasonable and about the average for leg waxing. She was nice enough and did a decent job overall in terms of hair removal, but there were several issues. For these reasons I won’t be going back and will stick with my usual place at WaxStop (excellent service - see my review!).Firstly, she was clearly in a rush and wanted to get my treatment done as quickly as she could.Secondly, the bin in the corner where the waxing rubbish etc was put, was brimming to the top and nearly overflowing. Nobody wants to see this poor level of cleanliness, especially when going for a waxing treatment.Thirdly, due to her wanting to get my treatment done quickly (to see another customer who she clearly was friends with, who was waiting in the sitting area), the lady left so many horrible bits of wax on my legs and feet! I spent like 25 minutes at home scrubbing and pinching my skin with a wipe to remove it all. Was a nightmare.And lastly, the aftercare was minimal. She quickly put a bit of baby oil on my legs, from a bottle with barely any left in it, and gave it to me to finish off myself.Therefore, I’m giving two stars.

Been coming to this salon for 8+ years has never failed or disappointed. Always makes sure I’m happy with any treatment before I leave. Could not recommend naz enough!!!
