Very helpful sales dude for purchase of a new lud. Huge range of Shoei and good sale. In the end I was pointed to their website for a exactly the style, size and colour I wanted. Great price and arrived a day later.

A great experience at the Norwich store. As a new rider, I needed a lot of help to work out what I needed and to understand the options available. Lydia gave a lot of time and advice to help me decide without any pressure to buy. When I returned a couple of days later they price matched on every product and fitted the intercom and Pinlock to my new Shoei helmet and showed me how the intercom works.Fantastic service and a few laughs thrown in for good measure!

I came in here with no real knowledge of what I needed, I was supposed to go with a friend but he was ill. However, I explained this to one of the staff, and she was so accommodating. We went through testing different helmets until I found one I liked. She advised me on gloves and helped me pick out a nice jacket. I wish I could remember her name, but she was so helpful. I will definitely be going back again for more help and some more gear.

Consistent top class service and great range of products.Having purchassed quite a few items from Infinity in Norwich, I returned again on Saturday to look at gloves and a new helmet. I was assisted by Adam again who was fantastic. No pressure, no rush and his product knowlede was fanstastic.Besides the quality of service and the range of stock, thier prices are keen too. If anything was priced up higher in the shop than the website, website prices were given without me having to ask.
