Staff are pleasant and very helpful numerous of times. Will be back again

Almas the Postmaster is rude, lazy and a liar. He made several random and unrelated excuses to avoid accepting a return, purely because he couldn’t be bothered. He said he doesn’t accept Amazon parcels, which he does and I have taken Amazon returns before. He said my parcel is over 20kg without weighing it and which is not true, and the parcel had the weight printed on the outside - 6.9kg. He shouted at me saying I was ‘wasting his time’ with the parcel. Throughout the whole interaction he acted incredibly smug and immature. He also claimed that the Post Office does not have a complaints policy - which is obviously not true. I have made a complaint through the Post Office online complaint portal and I am awaiting a response.Update: your reply was a whole lot of nothing - completely unhelpful. Judging by your other reviews you clearly have this problem often, not ‘18 years no problem’. I also don’t know why you have added a notice about ‘physical or verbal abuse’?

Lovely customer service always polite always takes care of his customers and shop standards no matter what this post office is a life saving post office who supports our community with respect and manners. Stuff and shop standards always up to scratch best office in town.I suggest everyone who is local to use here if you have issue there always ready to support your needs 10-10

I like to send my parcel to the post office and the service is very good.

The Ponders End Office is a very friendly and an amazing environment. The staff always offer their time to help you. This may be a small post office but the service is really good. It is not like other post offices. If you go there once you will want to go again. That is how special the staff treat you. If you ask a question the explantion to it will be crystal clear.

Passport renewal: Online application sent on 16th February 2023. New passport received 27 February 2023. Clerk was friendly, professional and efficient. Outstanding service.

I use this post office on a regular basis as I sell online and find them to be very courteous polite and helpful. I have seen on various occasions when elderly pensioners collecting their weekly pension get served out of turn so they don’t have to stand in a long queue which I admire about these guys, as my own 85 year old mother is a beneficiary of this service. I think many people who use this post office are of the same view as myself but they are just not the review writing type, otherwise this place should have been/ would have been awarded for their excellent services to the local community.

Best post office at Enfield. Respectful stuff , hardworking stuff…etc
