Bought a 2020 Type R back in June 2022, customer service at the time was excellent, no complaints.May 2023 my engine goes up in smoke, local Honda dealer voids warranty due to outside interference" aka previous owner has done something to the engine. Left with £1000 repair bill. Contacted Honda Lancaster back in May

Brilliant customer service from start to finish from Martin. There was absolutely no pressure and Martin took the time to get to know what features I really wanted in a car rather than trying to get me to buy the first one on the forecourt. All the staff I dealt with were really helpful but Martin was a star. I would definitely recommend this dealership
