I have been using SKS for 20 years, but recently the quality of the service and knowledge base has dwindled, Several times recently I have been sent the wrong locks, locks that dont work, This is frustrating when you are at a customers premises. When I tell SKS the problem they have the nerve to ask for postage costs to re-send the correct locks that I ordered originally.. Come on SKS, buck your ideas up and get motivated, learn about the product you are selling..

I like SKS but I have a gripe about their online chat service.The chat agent should introduce themselves at the beginning of the chat but they don't.In fact they don't ever introduce themselves so you never know who you have spoken to - quite rude in my opinion.

Emily and Chris yesterday won my business. For 12 years I’ve been a locksmith and predominantly used another supplier, however after being let down I called SKS who sorted out the issue for me in terms of getting me the right parts. Today I have another happy customer due to these guys. I’ll be using SKS from now on!

After dealing with this company for over 25yrs they send me a snotty letter for an overdue account .well I've only been back to work for 2 weeks. Really great customer service.ive paid them the115.74 that I owed and have closed my account.dontdo business with this company
