My son ordered poster collages for his brothers funeral.They were really poor - the sizes are awful. They cut the bottoms off them so they didn't fit.Very disappointing given that a lot of time and effort went into these.Steer very clear of such poor quality prints.

Thank goodness I only got one small print done from here because the quality was horrendously bad. Customer service live chat is useless and the 808 phone number that's all over Google doesn't work. Don't waste your money because you won't get it back for poor quality and service.

Absolutely terrible quality prints - I placed a £280 order, this is the worst thing I've ever done, the photobooks and print were like poor quality home prints.

Bought a few items from these instead of buying from multiple retailers to save on postage, only to find out all items wouldn't be shipped together, so I had to pay extra on postage. Won't be using Snapfish again.

I ordered Xmas cards with my children on them and I've been sent someone else's cards with other kids on them which only mean someone has my cards and have seen my kids !!!! There's no customer number or email no one to talk to. I've been in the queue on the service chat for 2 hours and keeps cutting out and putting me at the bottom of the queue again. I'm reporting you to the police for sharing my photos of my kids with others. Appalling service and I cant even talk to anyone about it. What kind of company is this. You have no regard to online child safety and are not following the data protection act!!! Do not order anything from snap fish!!!

I have ordered photo calendars multiple times and I was always very satisfied with the service and quality. The platform is user-friendly and convenient with a lot of design options. For me it was a pleasure to create my own calendar with all the tools provided.The orders were made and delivered quickly, despite the fact they were always made during busy December time.Highly recommend!

Completely ruined a surprise for my brothers 21st birthday - paid extra for express delivery, constantly had to talk through live chat which is shambolic and no one could tell me when the item would arrive- was told it was coming and didn’t arrive so ruined the surprise. Shocking service and horrendous customer service. No contact number to speak to someone and have to go through live chat which is shocking - they don’t answer your question.Please avoid this company and pay extra somewhere else
