Avoid at all costs. Apparently, they tried to deliver my parcel, they never called me, they never emailed me, and the delivery options from their online tracking were unavailable. They ghost you and then they ship your parcel back.

One of the worst service in the world. We waited for 3 days and failed to deliver they didn’t called us or emailed. How can these guys run a business. So fed up by this fed ex. How can the staff handle important documents like this.

Don’t use these if you want your parcels.They lie and keep your parcels saying they have the incorrect address on them parcel.Which I have clearly seen even the shipper has confirmed the address Twice and there still saying it has the wrong address on…Absolute jokers!!!

must be the worst service in the world bar non they have set the bar that high that no one could compete with such a bad service. Hats off to them you could not be any worse if you just threw all packages in nearest trash bin after collection

Terrible service and lack of proper communication.I'd missed a package, got sticker on the front door with next attempt.They show up way earlier than mentioned and decide to return the parcel to the sender. No information given to contact and tracking number on sticker is invalid.

Parking on site and helpful staff. Very straightforward for dropping off large items for shipping that standard FedEx ShipCentre shops can't take.
