S&B have been a very friendly and professional service. Good communication from the start whilst searching for a rental property. They have been easily accessible and I received all the information required to make the moving process smoother.

Cant recommend this company enough for there property management! Chris and Mark provide a 5 star service in which I have no negative comments at all. I really do trust with them with my property and any advice they give, its wonderful not having any worries in regards to it! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent there property out.

When buying a property the hope is for the sale to go ahead with no - or very few -problems. Unfortunately our situation brought up some issues, and when we tried to raise these with Savidge & Brown we were appalled at how we were spoken to and how our concerns were dealt with, by the company director himself - Paul.When we had tried to discuss our concerns with Paul regarding the property we were hoping to buy - on the back of receiving the mortgage valuation and the building survey report - Paul was more offended by the fact that the property had been under valued, when we tried discussing issues brought up on the building survey these were dismissed by Paul, who demanded “evidence” (yet not actually giving us just the few minutes we needed to provide with said “evidence”, before informing us negotiation was not on the cards, and instead commenting on how “there were higher offers anyway so we’ll just go back to one of them”).My partner and I are not naive, we are aware unfortunately house moves fall through for various reasons, what we found utterly astounding was how a director of a company could talk to us in such a manner and not have any interest in, or share our concerns. I emailed Paul personally and told him my thoughts on his dealings of the matter, and nearly 1 month on have not had a response nor an apology from Paul or the company.We will certainly never have any dealings with Savidge and Brown in the future, and would urge people to bear this in mind when embarking on a very stressful process, with the hopes of good outcomes and above all else feeling supported by the estate agents involved.

The team at Savidge and Brown have been fantastic and very supportive throughout our property selling journey. Special shout to Paul and Tina who kept the ball rolling when we encountered the hurdles (caused on buyers side I hasten to add and nothing to do with the sales team). They went out of their way and were always polite and listen to my requirements. I can highly recommend them if you are looking to sell your property.

Savidge and brown , are a very professional team , but are also very caring , and supportive . We have just sold our Dads house , which is obviously a very sad time , but we have been supported from day 1 , by Paul and his team , right the way through to completion, nothing has ever been too much trouble, they have answered all our questions , rang back whenever we have requested, marketed our property to the highest standard , I personally can’t thank them all enough , for making our sale run as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Thank you all .

Paul and all the staff were professional while being caring and kind at a time of great sadness in our lives. They kept us up to date during the sale , returned calls when they said they would and were very knowledgeable when answering any questions that we might have . I felt that they acted in our best interest at all times in the sale of our grandma's and mums house I could certainly recommend Savidge & Brown and would definitely use them again.
