Went into shop Monday and bought a mattress , it was delivered Tuesday , excellent quality and value for money. Delivery guys were great and followed covid rules wearing masks and where so helpful. Support local businesses like this one and get the personal service . Thankyou so much .

Terrible. Purchased laminate floor with 3-5 day dispatch with no indication it wasn’t actually in stock, no reply to emails querying whereabouts of order, told I’ve called the wrong number because I ordered online when I’ve used the number on the confirmation email. Promised a callback from the manager ‘tomorrow’ but none received until a week later after 2 or 3 additional calls asking for one and leaving a message on an alternative mobile number given that goes straight to voicemail as ‘Leroy’ is not available.Callback finally arrived, and advised product not in stock, but coming back in tomorrow (for a product discontinued in the uk-checked with manufacturer). Opted for a refund as no longer trusting the seller.Promised a refund nearly two weeks ago, still nothing.Awful. Steer clear.Update, still waiting.Advised on around 20/9/23 refund issued on 13/9/23 so I’d have to wait 7-10 days. Still nothing by 29/9/23.Calle the shop again. 3/10/23 to be told refund hadn’t been issued and asking for my bank details so they could transfer the money (refused and advised they should refund to original method of payment like any other retailer). Person that answered also advised they didn’t know who Leroy was (Leroy’s mobile is listed on their Facebook page), advised Manny is the manager and I’d get a callback, then they hung up. No callback received and still no refund.Dodgy as hell, do not touch. Now having to start chargeback proceedings through credit card company.

Got in touch Tuesday about 2 new mattresses needed quickly and they were delivered on Wednesday. They even accommodated us when we explained about working patterns and the need for specific delivery time.Bought other furniture previously and have never been disappointed.

Wouldn’t touch the place again very poor service one day before fitting two room let us down then took the money from our bank twice we had to go and tell them for a refund totally unprofessional !!!

I’m giving this 1 star because no stars isn’t an option, BE WARNED, ABSOLUTE COWBOYS OF THIS INDUSTRY, ordered a sofa and paid same day, the delivery date got delayed by three weeks and then when the sofa was delivered I got told “got some bad news it’s not the sofa you ordered” we had no choice but to accept the wrong sofa in the wrong colour, the owner had absolutely no clue how to run this business and nothing about customer care and has upset each and everyone of us by his handling of this; when you pay for something and spend weeks looking forward to receiving it to be given something completely different is devastating, please reconsider using these

Black fabric sofa really nice but using after few months you can realise its quality is very poor. Filling material is same like as pillows filling. I had mines on Christmas and the filling starts to come out through the material. So it’s waste of money.

It was a complete waste of time they took my deposit on a black leather 2 seater and a chair in August then called me and said they needed the full payment so as to get the furniture.I then had 5 different delivery dates each time promising the suite was on its wayI then had a call with a delivery date when the suite arrived it was the wrong colour, grey not black ,After a trip back to the shop only thing I could do was get my money back they just said they couldn't get black and offered me grey or brown just a complete farce.

Great Place for Furniture, Really Helpfull and Friendly Staff, Great Value For Money Will Definitely Been Using Again.
