We had cod and scallops as starter. I would say - very tasty and classical fish and chips, fresh and tasty. Crew is very happy and polite. Climate inside - I would say it’s a bit like American breakfast place (Mel’s Drive) - I liked it.

Couldn't be better! Mushroom and cheese omelette in this pic and pancakes to take away. Everything tastes excellent with fresh vegetables. I wish the sweet and lovely staff and this restaurant many years of happines! Willing to visit again!

Visited with a few work colleagues to try this place out. Always go past it on a bus but never had a chance before.....going to keep the review simple and straight to the point.Restaurant/atmosphere: Was nice and since it was a new restaurant everything looked clean and in orderStaff: Very friendly and were smilingFood & Drink: Ordered the Cod fish & chips and a coke . For the price you pay, near enough £16 the portion is really small including the chips. Was expecting a little more for the price . Add to that the overly expensive can of drink (£3) - Definitely not worth the money.Taste: The food however did tast good. It wasn't the best but definitely not bad. The batter was nice and not too thick. The chips were ok too. Nothing extravagant.I was surprised that we got charged a service fee of approx £6 on top of the bill......there wasn't much service required, The staff just took the order and then bought it to the table. That was literally it.I do feel ripped off to be honest and feel this place is overly expensive for what you actually get, but it's definitely worth a try for everyone at least once.

Fantastic place & fantastic plaice too.Fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked. Service from Cise and Charlie was attentive, friendly and efficient.Highly recommended, but not one for the budget traveller. Very fairly priced though for the quality of the food & service.

We were looking for an English restaurant with fish and chips in the area and we were happy that Google directed us here. The meal was above and beyond expectations, excellent service. Delicious and fresh food and a very clean and tidy place. It is highly recommended to come here.

I recently visited this fantastic fish and chips joint, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The moment I stepped inside, the aroma of freshly fried fish and perfectly crispy chips hit me, and I knew I was in for a treat. The fish was flaky, tender, and encased in a golden, crunchy batter that was nothing short of perfection. It practically melted in my mouth. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for your money.As for the chips, they were a delightful sidekick to the fish. Thick-cut, piping hot, and seasoned just right, they provided a satisfying contrast to the delicate fish.The ambiance was really cool, with friendly staff who were happy to make recommendations.

We had the cod bites and chips with tartar sauce and ketchup! Was truly delicious. Have had takeaways from here many times and never fail to Dissapoint. Good spot for fish and chips, dessert or brunch. They have loads of this on the menu. Something for everyone.
