Reynolds were recommended as my Tesla vehicle repairer by my insurer. From the outset the service was very professional. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Once the parts were received from Tesla my vehicle was booked in for repair. When the works were completed the car looked like new, even the inside was lovely and clean. Thank you to all at Reynolds for doing a wonderful job.

We had our rear end of our Discovery Sport repaired after an accident, it came back like it had just come out of the show room mint condition! staff were amazing, customer service is impeccable couldn't fault at all from start to finish 100% recommend will be back again if needed.

This is the second time I have needed repair work on my Tesla and both times I have taken my car to Reynolds. You can tell when you get there just by how busy they are that they do great work, people constantly in and out and Gary and the team there are all over everything...even to making me a cup of tea while I waited for my pickup. The work completed has made the car look like new as I had absolute confidence that it would.I'm not knowledgeable about cars at all and I find going to places like this daunting, but everyone there is so nice and professional it will always be my first port of call if I need anything to be looked at.

The team at Reynolds of Rushock have (sadly) had to repair my Tesla twice (not my fault) and have done an impeccable job. They've been clear in their communications with me, professional, courteous and timely. They have done such a beautiful job on my car - you really would never know that it needed two new doors, a new sill, etc. In addition to the repairs my car came back spotlessly clean which I really appreciated. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Tesla. I can see why they're an approved Tesla repair site.

My car went in for body repairs and windscreen, windscreen not fitted due to mix up with lex which was not followed up then when I got home after collecting the car i find out the reversing sound speaker which was fixed to the replacement body panel had stopped working (it worked perfectly fine when I dropped off the car) after I drove back again the following week to follow up (30mile round trip) I was told nothing they could do and I now have to contact Tesla to resolve?

The service I experienced was superb and flawless. Gary helped when Polestar customer service offered no help in getting a warranty repair arranged, going beyond what I expected to get the car booked in and the repair (boot panel alignment) carried out under warranty.Paul made it easy to drop off the car and take a courtesy car on the day. Reynolds completed the panel alignment in a few hours, and when I returned, Paul gave me a quick tour of Reynolds.While I prefer not to have any other repairs needed, if I do, I will always use Reynolds of Rushock. Top service!
