We have recently used Quickmove Now to sell an inherited property and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Everything was straightforward and very clearly explained throughout and certainly much quicker and easier than following the traditional property sales route.

Really good experience.Was fed up with being messed around trying to sell my house so gave these guys a call, glad I did.Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. Yes you won't get the market price but you may not get what you think, estate agents do have a way of suggesting you drop the price!For me it was a perfect solution going with Quick Move and the price I got was what I expected.The support I received was in my view exceptional, there was always someone to speak to and regular updates they were very understanding when my partner's sale was delayed. Everyone involved from the surveyor to solicitors were both friendly and professional.This process will not suit everyone but for me it was the perfect solution.Would be happy to recommend to anyone in the same situation.

Me and my wife used Quick Move Now during a recent house sale. The service we received from start to finish of the whole process was excellent. We received constant updates and what the next step of the process would be. They also recommended some solicitors to use and again we received excellent service from that company. Based on our dealings with Quick Move Now, we would highly recommend them. The process was first class from start to finish. We approached Quick Move Now when we were 4 months into a property sale, just about to exchange contracts and the chain fell apart at the bottom. Not wanting to loose our ongoing purchase, we considered all options.We looked into a lot of companies offering this service - but my advice would be do your research! - search google/ reviews etc & many do not have cash funds available, only recently set up, have terrible reviews, change offer at last minute, or no accounts available on Companies House.From our first contact with Quick Move, they were nothing but friendly, professional & efficient. The offer they made was below market value (obviously, as this is their business & they must be able to make money) - but the offer was made within a couple of days & there was no pressure from them for us to accept.After a lot of consideration we decided that the lower offer would enable us to complete our purchase as planned - even though we had to adjust finance elsewhere to make it happen. Following acceptance of offer, Quick Move acted exactly as promised - surveys were arranged almost immediately, as were solicitors. They were always contactable by phone/ email, The price agreed at the beginning did not change & I really cannot fault the service provided - first class.They make no secret of the fact that you will get more for your property on the open market, but as we had run out of time, this was not an option. Quick Move provided a great service, that enabled us to move to our dream home. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are in a similar situation to us - plus there is no obligation at quotation stage, or fees to pay.

Gave me a fair price for my house and exchanged and completed quickly with limited stress. All staff members I dealt with were patient knowledgeable and helpful. All move and solicitor costs were covered. The solicitor that they recommended for me was also good.Thank you quick move now :)

Very good experience , we had Matt Bowden, as completion manager, he is the best man into this company, he always respond on time to the phone calls, emails, best service we had from him, i highly recomand him and the company too .

Jerome was a total star - went above and beyond to explain his thinking and methodology - so refreshing to find a company that actually cares. Seriously impressed by his depth of knowledge, and would definitely recommend him based on this. A genuinely decent guy - brilliant!

We used Quick Move Now because we didn't want the stress and worry of selling our rental property privately. Timescales were set by us, the offer was reasonable (especially considering no extra fees). We received the same amount on completion as their initial offer. They also respond with lightning speed to any queries and everyone (including the legal team they provide) are extremely polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you want a stress free, speedy service and are willing to accept a lower offer.

This week on friday we bought the house through quickmove now, he wad the best person ever to help us to complete in time, his name is Matt Bowden , a very good and professional, he made sure that process will be completed in 2 weeks time, and he actually done it without any faults at all, he always answered to our emails phone calls, he made the process smooth and without any delays, I definitely recommend him as completion manager, i wish you good luck in your career, and im sure that you will succeed Matt .
