I have never experienced such bad customer service. After getting my bathroom renovated (which was done to a pleasing standard), I have had some subsequent issues that I’ve tried to contact Wickes about numerous times. I’ve called and emailed but haven’t got a response. The work was only conducted last summer, and I’m now getting leaks coming through from the bathroom down into the kitchen. The tenant living in the property is not happy, and I’m trying to rectify this through Wickes, to no avail. My only option now will be to make a formal complaint, which I didn’t want to do as the guy who fitted the bathroom was great and that experience itself was fairly positive.

Absolute nightmareIt's no secret that Wickes is overpriced. Today I went there out of necessity.Never again. Staff make an effort to avoid helping you. Rude, cocky, and arrogant.I left without buying what I went in for

Rubbish, had to do a fifty mile round trip to collect what should of been delivered, the courier they use is a joke. Was offered £5 gift voucher as compo, yea i'm going to do another fifty mile round trip so they make more money. Will not shop with them again. Shame i can't give lower than one star.

I am pregnant, but wanted to help my husband out by collecting a few bags of gravel for our garden project. I spoke to a gentleman named Adam and he helped me, without hesitation, in collecting the 5 bags I needed and then even put them in the car for me! The lack of hesitation made me feel like I wasn’t being a burden, which is a big deal for me. Adam even had some funny stories to tell me whilst we walked round. Perfect customer service! Would definitely shop here again :)

Terrible customer service from the call centre delivery time slot was 7am to 7pm the night before I got a txt message saying my delivery slot would be between 07.00 - 13.00. - 10.00- 16.00 i called them to ask which slot it was going to be and she said it could be 07.00 - 13.00 or it could be 10.00 -16.00

The Exeter Wickes bathroom design team took months to deliver my bathroom materials. The cabinet mirror was broken upon delivery. I was told to go online and take photos etc rather than Wickes offering to exchange or refund the item.Wickes recommended Contractor took six months to install half a bathroom as they were too busy doing other work. The Wickes recommended contractor installed the boiler incorrectly with pipes joined to the wrong parts of the boiler. The stud and plasterboard work had to be ripped out and started again as they used ordinary plasterboard instead of waterproof green plasterboard. The small shower room shower was not installed properly and cuts out after a few minutes. The wall tiling meant the bathroom door would not open, so the door had to rehung on the other side. After a month of the contractor not turning up at all I had no option but to cut my losses and start again. In all, Wickes cost me a £15,000 loss.
