The chicken was rather dry and stringy, not particularly tender and definitely not juicy and the chips were cold and chewy by the time I got them home after a 10 min drive. Not sure how one reviewer can say that they are the best chips in the area, they were probably the worst I have had in the area. Hot wings didn't have a crispy coating, more of a Cajun style seasoning but were just OK. For the expensive price it really wasn't worth it for me and if you're expecting something comparable to KFC you'll be very disappointed. Service was good and friendly but it was early on a weekday evening. I won't be going back.

Just what Chepstow needed! Clean and tidy, service with a smile and the food presented well. The Pizza is great value compared to other establishments. Will be back again.

It was the best chicken and pizza I've had in the region. I give it full marks for its sincere, warm and smiling staff. Their prices are more affordable than other establishments and they are very satisfying. THANKS

My 13 year old daughter was in town asked her to get chicken from the new chicken shop in town they never had card machine and asked her to use a online app it cost me £21 pounds for chicken burger meal and she asked for 4 chicken wings and chips and got 4 pieces of chicken chips was cooked about 3 times hard has anything chicken burger was so thin no taste what so ever they had no right to ask a 13 year to pay by the app and charged on top I will never eat from hear again poor food and taste

Nice and clean, friendly service, and I couldn't fault the food we had, very tasty, nice big chicken portions and still piping hot after driving home.

Did order 12 pieces of s.chicken and chips, was told to wait 40min, what i did, and after 40 min waiting was told that another 20min,f shocking. Not prepared for delivering food to customers. Cash lady also lied regards time of waiting. Never again!
