Really impressed with the service and the communication.I had 2 inspections completed and they saved me from buying a car with a load of underlying problems.Alan coordinated the inspection and kept me updated throughout the process. Jim conducted the inspection itself and was really thorough with his report; it was also clear to see that he had spent a lot of time going through the finer details. The report was professionally presented and was followed up with supporting images. I have recently purchased a vehicle from a second- hand trader and naturally it turned out to be faulty. I used My car inspection for a post purchase service as i had to prove the vehicle is faulty. The engineer that carried out the inspection was very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

As I get older and more cynical, I’m much less tolerant of bad service and BS so dealing with My Car Inspection was like a breath of fresh air. Total professionalism from start to finish. This is first time in over 30 years of owning cars that I’ve opted for an inspection like this and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They certainly saved me from making an expensive mistake!

These guys were brilliant! I dealt with a chap called Alan who was incredibly helpful, quick to respond and genuinely sought to provide a good service. They were much cheaper than the AA or RAC and provided a personal service, while considerably cheaper the standard of service was just as good, if not better than their rivals. I’ve used them for several inspections now and they’ve saved me from buying cars which definitely would have been disastrous.

Unsure why there isn't more reviews.Great service and communication, the report was spot on really thorough and exactly what was looking for considering I couldn't get to the car myself due to work/covid. The report has given me a work-list of minor snags for me to work through but I've got a clear picture of what I'm buying and where I'm heading with it upon delivery. Again great communication and in all honesty the value as I could have been buying a turnip. Cheers Alan and the rest of the team

The inspector was excellent, he was very thorough with the inspection of a new vehicle prior to purchase and found things I would not have had any idea about. Prevented the purchase of a car from a dealer that was clearly happy to take my money knowing the car had major faults! Worth every penny to protect yourself from rogue car traders.

Superb service. I’ve had 2 cars through this company and always received honest and professional advice. I wouldn’t use anyone else now and highly recommend.
