Porth Farm Car Park (National Trust)

Note there are two NT car parks at Porth Farm. Don't queue for the primary one if chockered (a queue) just turn right to the second one just before. It's down there on the right.From Google Maps you can see the second car park but not the entrance. Just turn right before the main car park. 50 yards down there.

Brilliant for visiting the beach, going for a walk or having a pasty and cake at the cafe!

Einer von zwei nahe beieinander liegenden Parkplätzen des National Trust. Dieser hier ist der kleinere und näher am schönen Strand (fünf Minuten zu Fuß) liegende, daher bei gutem Wetter schnell belegt. Dann einfach 100m Meter von der Küste weg fahren, dann kommt ein zweiter, sehr viel größerer Parkplatz. Kleines Kaffee/Restaurant („The Thirstea“) mit öffentlichen Toiletten direkt am Parkplatz. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine Rundwanderung zum St Anthony Head - und natürlich für einen Tag am ausgedehnten Strand („Towan Beach“). Achtung: der Parkplatz ist gebührenpflichtig, wenn man nicht Mitglied des National Trust ist.

Great for beach and National Trust facilities, which include public toilets and cafe. However, if you need to pay for parking (not a National Trust member), there is very poor mobile phone/data service (Jul'21). It might be worth paying, using the location number in the photo, while en-route!The car park is not that big, so arrive early or be prepared to wait for a space at popular times.
