Disgusting and rude customer service from the very short man. They offer dearer prices to new customers. It’s run by a couple who clearly have no clue how to run a business. Would not recommend at all, by far the worst nail shop in Telford.

Awful. Just awful. First of all, they don't speak to you, but just bark orders. The first girl doing my nails just got up and started on someone else. The second girl working on them seemed like she was actually falling asleep on the job. She hurt me a number of times with the drill bit. End result is OK, but some nails are crooked. Also, no prices displayed - have never paid this amount for infills. Ridiculous price! And never going back there. Would rather never have my nails done again!

Nails done here three times. First time...by young girl, pretty polish but lumpy nails, quite rude service. Second time...by the lady in charge -really nice nails and service. Third time... another employee, splashed with remover, terribly lumpy nails, had to file most back off and repaint same day - also unexpectedly more expensive. No more custom from me, sorry.

Personally not a big fan, the nails looked fine however the process was painful and has damaged my nails. At no point was I asked if everything felt ok although they were rough with my nails and rushed. The nails underneath were sore for days after I had them done. As well as now three of them have fallen off, and one of my real nails has split where it was made too thin.

Wouldn’t recommend, first of all felt very rushed, the man that did my nails made me feel very uncomfortable and as if he had better things to be doing. Once he’d finished my nails, I wasn’t that impressed I’ve seen much better. That night I went out and one snapped after having them on for only 6 hours, and the others all feel very weak. Won’t be going again, don’t waste your money there.

Had my nails done last month, good service however they broke easily bc they were so thin. Not bad for price but if your looking for long lasting nails I recommend else where.

Amazing walked in sat down straight away the young lady did my bails was fab done better than I expected she did an amazing job very very happy .
