Third visit to Wickes in 2 weeks to replace a toilet seat hence the three stars. Better experience here than at the St Albans branch though, which I won't be frequenting again due to a manager there being incredibly rude. Where do they find these people?

Tom designed our bathroom for us. After spending ages going to loads of different places and getting frustrated we finally found somewhere we liked. Really good service and knew exactly what we were looking for, would reccomend to anyone looking to get a new bathroom or kitchen, ask for Tom!

We did our kitchen refurbishment via Wickes Watford last month and very pleased. Azee was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The builders who did the kitchen were very skilled and reliable too. We did our bathroom via Wickes Watford too 9 years ago and it still looks nice and new, hoping kitchen will last very long time too.Highly recommend!

Always so well organised, kids love selecting paint and watching it being mixed too! Always found products for all my DIY projects with ease. And staff are always kind here to help and super polite.
