I brought my Hasselblad down to the store for servicing on Monday. It was all fixed up on Wednesday, and I received it in the mail this morning (Friday).The staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Cameratiks was recommended to me by another Hasselblad user, and I would definitely recommend them to others as well.

Took some cameras in here to sell that I inherited. They could tell I wasn’t knowledgeable on their value and came back with a value of £150 for 3 boxes of classic cameras including Canons etc .Thankfully I declined their offer and I just got £975 for them at an auction in Dunfermline.DON’T TRADE IN YOUR CAMERAS HERE!

Super helpful and holiday-saving experience! I had an issue with my digital Ricoh which all the forums suggested was beyond hope, but it turned out to be a simple fix which was sorted within minutes. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Called in the morning to check the availability of developing chemicals,popped in a couple of hours later...What a great experience, fantastic wee shop crammed with goodies I could have spent a fortune on, but my wife was with me, but I did leave with more than I intended. Superb customer focused place, informative and pleasant.I'll be back....without the wife next time.

I have ha an amazing experience with Cameratiks over the last month as they serviced my DSLR and 50mm lens efficiently. I had my big 70 - 200mm lens in to get fixed, after collection I noticed it still wasnt working right and they took it back and got it fixed as quick as possible. I am very happy with the experience I had and happy with the friendlyness of the staff who were very helpful. Thank you for fixing my camera!

Wow, what a fantastic shop! It's like something from Harry Potter movies.They fixed my (unfixable) expensive lens for a more than reasonable price...wonderful place!

I can't deny that they know what they are doing here when it comes to fixing cameras as they did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with mine. However, they lost my SD card with all of my holiday photos on. I was very upset that all my photos got lost, and they denied all knowledge of having the card in the first place, even though I can guarantee that it was in the camera when I handed it in.If you take your camera here, make sure you remove the SD card first or you might never get it back!
