Today I had an Appointment with Damien Wilkinson. I have chronic neck pain and he listened compassionately and spent a great deal of time explaining my prognosis and treated me with so much dignity and respect and has truly given me hope for my future. I Can not thsnk him enough.

Brilliant service and the doctors and nurses were awesome they kept ne reassured when I was feeling anxious.really can't thank them all for the help they gave me.

I have rung this morning 34 times. Most of the time the phone line rings for 4 seconds and then cuts off. When I do get the phone to continue to ring I am put on hold for 10 minutes and then I get cut off.

6 sessions for a very painful shoulder and I've been two yrs now virtually pain free. - Fantastic and painless procedure - highly recommendI was told I had arthritis. Seems it was a locked ( frozen shoulder. ). Unfortunate I've pulled it out again so will need another few sessions.

Impossible to get through at all. Have had to come off my medication as I had no way to order repeat prescription. Horrific. Don't know whether to go private or try another surgery.

Well I must say, I got further than being on the other end of the phone, I actually made it to the waiting room today! Alas, that is as far as I got. Appointment was made, in the morning with Dr Jones for 12.15pm. I arrived at 12.05 only to be still waiting to go in at 13.05pm. Whilst waiting I was the only person in the waiting area for 15 minutes, even asking the receptionist if they had forgotten about me. For half an hour I waited with nobody going in or out of the doctors door apart from student doctors. Eventually I asked the receptionist to cancel the appointment as I needed to be else where. I received a text from Dr Jones about 20 minutes after leaving apologising and asking me to take photos of my psoriasis, send them over and she would ring later to discuss the matter. It is now 7.10pm no call received still suffering with my condition. You can make your own mind up if you think this is neglect/negligence for a patient wellbeing. The surgery needs a complete overhaul. Why can't they go back to the way it was before covid, making appointments without triage

The worst reception I’ve ever witnessed .They never ever answer the phone and I was forced to to travel in my ill state to confront the receptionist and as I stood outside ringing them I watched as they ignored my call for several attempts . Beverley I believe her name is and as I approached with the phone in my hand to challenge her on not answering my call I was met with attitude and rude behaviourA terrible practice and should be investigated by a governing body .

This has got to be the worst service possible.It needs to be closed and the money that is being spent on this travesty of a public service given to a service that actually works. Total and absolute waste of public funds second only to the appalling GP service in Wales.

My wife had a 1st appointment at the Wound Clinic, for my wife's dressings to be changed. We cannot praise the two nurses enough, for their caring, friendly, gentle and professional services. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you very much ladies. We look forward to future appointments.

My first appointment yesterday since joining the practice. Saw a doctor within 5 minutes of a call back. Very thorough with follow ups booked. Wish I could score higher than 5 stars. Well done Dr Tomlinson and team.
