Its a wonderful care company. All the staffs are good.

Found the carers to be very unsentative when it came to looking after my dad. They did what was just required, very basic. At the end of my dad's life we had a night sitter who came in and slept, Instead of taking care of dad. Day shift wouldnt even talk to him while doing the basics. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who has a family member in palative care at home!

It's a shame that you can't give less than one stars.Company is a shamble. Carers late over a hour and leave early. Client has faced neglect and dangerous care, being held down during a seizure, being pushed in the the road multiple times due to the lack on control by the carer pushing wheelchair.Another carer trying to take food and drink away from client as taking too long to eat and drink and wanted to leave soon, (she was over 60mins late for shift so at time had about 90minutes before she was due to leave)This company agreed to take on complex care client without even doing a formal assessment. Has not complied with any of agreement needed or request like a rota of staff and timings.They aheb been reported to CQC and will await formal outcomes but will be leaving company in less then 24 hours time for safety and abuse reasons .

The carers are so kind gentle and respectful. Nothing is too much for them. They have been Angels in our family situation where we needed help. Thank you.
