Diabolical service , I had £500 to buy a laptop and waited 20 minutes , asked the girl at the counter to help out of someone could help but she couldn't leave the till and I ended up just walking out some time after that , you try to help these businesses by making the effort to go there instead of shopping online because we know that the retail market is slumping only to be fobbed off so you come home and do it online anyway surely Mr Curry's needs our business so I don't know how he would feel about his staff turning away custom.

Electrical goods galore, eager staff just waiting to pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door, pushy sales people can make your shopping experience uncomfortable, I for one hate this approach, I prefer to browse at my leisure, if I want help I'll ask.

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited Curry's with the hope of receiving quality service and assistance, but I left utterly disappointed and frustrated. My experience at the store was nothing short of appalling, as the staff's indifference and lack of attention left me feeling ignored and unimportant.Upon entering the store, it was evident that the staff was preoccupied with their own tasks. Despite standing at the tills, my party and I waited for what felt like an eternity without any acknowledgment. The staff members walked past us repeatedly, making it abundantly clear that our presence was of no concern to them.Despite our patience, which lasted for a seemingly unbearable five minutes, none of the employees made an effort to approach us or offer assistance. We were left standing there, feeling increasingly frustrated and ignored. It is utterly disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service skills.What was most baffling about the situation was the fact that the staff made eye contact with us on multiple occasions, acknowledging our presence, only to choose to ignore our obvious need for assistance. Their blatant disregard for customers is not only disrespectful but also demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism.As a result of this disappointing experience, I am left with no choice but to question the level of training and commitment to customer service within Curry's. It is evident that the staff's attitude towards customers needs urgent improvement. A five-minute wait may seem inconsequential, but it is the complete lack of attention and disregard for customers that is truly unacceptable.I had entered the store with the intention of making a purchase, but due to the poor treatment received, I will not be returning to Curry's in the foreseeable future. It is disheartening to see a company neglecting its customers, as it not only damages the reputation of the store but also undermines the trust customers place in them.I hope that the management of Curry's takes this review as a valuable feedback and takes the necessary steps to address these issues. Improving customer service should be a top priority if they wish to maintain their reputation and retain their loyal customer base.

Staff not helpful and no one available. First delivery was cancelled without very much notice or information why. Was re booked without consultation too.The delivery guys were lovely very helpful and organised, fast and efficient.

Was well laid out, great help and information from the staff member, shame a lot of the speakers weren't working so we could make a tried and tested choice. Left without purchasing.

Unable or unwilling to serve usWent in to purchase a mobile phone contract for my father and spotted someone sitting down on a desk near the mobile phones. We asked for help and we were told that he was the manager but there was no one in the store who could help us. How can the manager of a store not be able to help us with one of their main products? I only give it a star because they had provided some service in the past for other items but I won't be revisiting. A wasted journey.
