Wow! We are so glad we found Alison and John at Executive Garden Rooms! We did our research but little did we know just what a good decision it was to choose them to build my studio. They are a dream team - fiercely well organised, brilliant communication and John's workmanship and eye for detail is second to none. In fact the same can be said for all of the people he used - electrician, roofer, plumber, groundsman and masticker (didn't know there was such a person!). All polite hard workers. We could not be more delighted with the finished studio. The build quality is streets ahead of the competition and we consider the project excellent value for money. We recommend Alison and John wholeheartedly.

Excellent service the build ran seamlessly. Build quality excellent. I now have my very own gym. John and Gavin were a delight, very respectful and very hard working. Alison in the office tirelessly project managed and liaised with us brilliantly. After viewing quite a few buildings and receiving many quotes, EGR definitely stood out from the crowd. The design and quality of their buildings is first-class, with durable construction and great insulation.We wanted a bespoke garden room that was wheelchair-friendly and fully accessible. EGR were happy to accommodate all of our very specific requirements and find functional solutions that looked great too. They were willing to go through lots of iterations until we had a design that was just right.When it came to the build, it was seamless, everything was so well managed and ran like clockwork. We were kept well informed at every step and deliveries were organized to maintain access to our tricky driveway. Everyone at EGR, as well as their subcontractors, were extremely courteous, friendly, and hard-working. They were meticulous in their work and made sure the site was kept immaculately tidy.The result speaks for itself, the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship make it a stunning addition to our garden and an extension to our living space. When we decided to have garden offices built, we approached a few companies although Alison and John at Executive Garden Rooms stood out from the start due to their extensive knowledge, experience, organisation and professionalism. No question was a silly question, which was very reassuring and helpful as it was the first time we had embarked on this type of 'home improvement'!The entire process from deciding the specification all the way through to the final coat of paint was made very simple by Alison who regularly kept us up to date of progress throughout the build.When it came to the build, John and the subcontractors were very hardworking, polite, approachable and genuinely a pleasure to have on site.We are really pleased with the garden offices as they are comfortable, warm, very well finished and a nice place to be in, which is a testament to Alison, John and the team's experience and hard work.

We can not speak highly enough of the whole team at Executive Garden Rooms. The design process with Alison was very informative, communication was always brilliant and then once the build started it was no stress for us at all the have John and the team on site. The garden room is really high quality, especially compared to others I have seen. It's transformed our garden and we could not be happier.

I looked into Garden Office's and Garden Room's long before the current COVID19 issues made this almost mandatory for myself. I had an unused area of the garden where I wanted to put my office but as it backed onto two fences all the standard packages of other companies did not suit (No point in having windows looking at a wall or fence).After much searching I happened on Executive Garden Rooms who would design something bespoke with my needs in mind. I was very impressed with their level of detail especially when it came to insulation values and R values of materials. On comparing their quotes to others it was VERY clear that they were streets ahead when it came to designing buildings which would stay warm in the depths of winter with little energy. (this has definitely proven true over the winter period where i was very comfortable regardless of the weather outside).The design started in earnest and after a fair few tweaks by myself such as:A skylight for additional light with a rain sensor.I changed the layout of the doors and windowsI added networking and usb plugs where my desk would beI planned in air conditioning and heatingAdded outside lighting and additional lights on my existing fenceWhat eventually came to me was a fully rendered 3d set of diagrams (and a technical set of drawings) which showed me exactly what i was ordering. This really helped me visualise the building.The build started in earnest with the quagmire that was my garden during the storm period this year helping" with the mud issues.Insulation

From start to finish the team – Alison, John, Gavin and Paul – from Executive Garden Rooms were friendly, efficient, skilled and professional. We are absolutely delighted with our garden room which is comfortable, warm and exactly as we wanted. Gavin and John built the room in the most awful weather working twelve hour days until they had completed the days’ schedule of work. Paul and Gavin returned later to complete the beautiful patio and path to finish off the project. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and are happy to show anyone in our area (North Devon) who is thinking of using them the completed room.
