Collin was quick to respond when my tenants boiler broke. He was at the property that day to make an assessment. He offered choices of next steps allowing me to make a call on budget and best value.Particularly liked the fact he answers messages and calls immediately and doesn't leave you in the unknown all day. Very professional and gave a good price. Would highly recommend and use again.

Colin did a superb job with our tap repair. He was very quick responsive, and great value for money. Did a very efficient over the phone diagnoses and quote which saved me lots of time.He was a very clean, quick and polite tradesman who I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Collin was courteous, neat and efficient. He investigated fully before commiting to a work so there was no time wasted and no unpleasant surprises. My plumbing is a bit strange but he had no problems, he explained all the options and came up with a neat self contained solution. He seems very experienced and able to adapt to any problem he encounters. He is responsive and kept me informed about his arrival time. He cleaned everything afterwards. I would definitely use him again.

Collin fixed a plumbing emergency for us and was courteous, timely and responsive. He tidied, was great to deal with and even sent a text in the morning to confirm the appointment. Couldn't ask for a better plumber, highest recommendations!

Excellent service from Collin at Epic Plumbing and Heating Limited on both occasions we have needed his help in Poplar, E14. Collin went the extra mile to get a spare part for a broken boiler on an urgent basis during a cold spell, which was very much appreciated. Collin always turned up when he said he would and was excellent at communicating any issues or delays. Completely honest and very transparent - does not undertake unnecessary work. Did not charge us to fix a minor leak. Would highly recommend! Thank you Collin.

I had an issue with persistent noise from a toilet, & the guys were close by so after a quick phone call they were here in 20 minutes to check the problem. Noise has stopped for now, & such a quick job they didn't even charge anything, but I have their business card in case the part needs replacing later on. Top job!
