Worked here for 3 days, no induction, no health and safety training nothing, put into the factory and got burnt off the soup, the so called person that was the one that was meant to be the health and safety person, she seen me get burnt and just said are and walked away, then we got put in the chiller to do the packing, and the one running the shift put a table across the door way, blocking the way out, the other door way they had trolleys across it, and the amount of pallets over all the walkways and pallet trucks, some one is going to get burnt are hurt in this factory, it has no care for people, they only care about profit, on my way out one worker told me that there was a delivery to go out and it was sitting outside for 4 hours, if that’s true, it’s shocking as its ment to be kept at a certain temperature, If this place had health and safety and was run right, and trained people properly I would have stayed, but I can see someone getting hurt by them, and they don’t care.
