Spent £50 on fish and they died and infection the rest of my tank. I offered the choice of either helping me out or loosing my custom.....tried to sell me over £30 of tank nutrition, my fish were years old and after one week everything dead....I did notice when I'd bought them the aquatic section looked very poor compared to previous times. They had my money and her attitude was tough luck!!

Ordered a 140cmx60cmx60cm hamster tank with lid. Over the moon with it. It is extremely solid and huge haha. Thank you so much. 5 star service!!

I love this shop, and i made a new doggy friend called Max today, I saw some fantastic koi carps outside but unfortunately I no longer have a pond. These are my new Plecos. I've never had a girl before so can wait for her long fins to come in.

Ordered a tank over 5 weeks ago and had to chase them regarding it, first was told the guy who makes them was ill and call back in 2 weeks, then when i called back was told they were struggling to get a delivery driver and call back in a week again. Has been an absolute joke honestly. Waited all this time just for them to tell me they can't deliver to me?!?! They have said they will refund me, but it seems like it was never actually made. After reading these reviews I'm glad to have not received as I'm assuming like most I'd be annoyed with the work. Definitely do not use you will either have your time wasted or receive a shoddy itemEDITAs I can't reply to your reply I have edited. No it was to Suffolk and you didn't not speak to him on the phone and refund you sent an email. Going based of MAJORITY of the reviews I'd have to disagree with the notion that some people just like to complain.

I must say that Mike Barber and the team are fantastic! super happy with my two green iguana's, well worth the 115mile road trip, very down to earth and understanding, one of the cleanest reptile shops i have been in outstanding Solection! Keep it up! (also must say thanks to the guy at the till for Lending us the tape measure!)

ITEM DELIVERED BROKEN!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER.I purchased a glass gerbil/hamster tank via the website. No email confirmation given.I had to call to get confirmation of the delivery date after paying an extra £35 delivery charge. Poorly cut glass, silicone work is messy to say the least.Glass tank delivered cracked!I had to phone 4 different times 10 minutes after delivery was made to report damage, in the end Lisa was extremely rude, never apologised once, blamed me for damages and was very argumentative throughout call, calling me a liar. Never apologised once for any inconvenience. Glass is 3mm thick which is so easily broken! I am at a loss, no refund or replacement offered at all. They obviously have had this issue MANY times before and have thier excess ready made better than their homemade poorly made, bad quality glass tanks. AVOID THEM!

AVOID !! Silicon used too much and carelessly. In straight lines: waves, bulges, streaks. The aquarium cannot be used. It was delivered before the silicone was fully dry. What the manufacturer himself confirms. Not professionally made, very amateurish. Defects cannot be removed at home. The product was made below any aesthetic standards. I was not able to check the quality at the time of delivery as the driver left this aquarium at my front door, asked me to sign that I have received the order, and went away as he was rush. The quality and service is very low.

Not open for people to view anything so you'll have no idea what your buying and also apparently don't sell any animals anymore and there's no way to look at there equipment because it's all locked up and not very helpful with directing what to do.

Had a 100 gallon tank, 5x2x2 delivered, driver helped me with the tank no problems. Aquarium seems really well made with great cover glasses. Set it up now and everything looks great. Would buy again

Always helpful, a great range of exotic pets, a lot more fish available now, the improvements have made it so much better. My kids love it when we have to go up for anything regarding our fish. Keep up the good work.
