Excellent professional service. Prompt and reliable with time keeping. Kept the customer (me) updated throughout the project. Fantastic Tree Surgeon skills, Topped 3 foot of large Laurels, Dead wooded 2 x 75+ Scot Pines and section removed a 75+ Scot Pine, all completed over 3 days. Always clean and tidy during and after the work. No damaged caused and went the extra mile in customer service.The garden looks fantastic with the work done. Highly recommend.18/02/22 Storm Eunice - one of very large TPO pines was blown over towards our / our neighbours house, fortunately it got caught up in their Oak and prevented damage to the houses. STEMN Ltd come out over the weekend to survey the situation, still a high risk of rolling out of the Oak and hitting the house. Duncan and his team started the emergency felling on the Monday, which was scary to watch, but they reduced the tree to a safe size without causing any structural damage, just a few dents in the ground.Highly recommended.

We have used Duncan before for tree work.Again he has delivered a very good service, cutting our trees as we wished.The work was carried out in a professional manner and the whole site was cleared up .Duncan has excellent communication skills and offers a reasonably priced service.I thoroughly recommend him.

Really happy we chose Duncan to help us with the trees in our garden. Everything was done in a day with no fuss. The clean up after the job was finished was so good that you’d never have known he was there, apart from the fact that everything looked so much better of course!
