I’ve placed several orders with Arrow Fresh before reviewing. The quality of their products on offer is excellent as is the customer service provided. The one time they sent my order by courier instead of hand delivery, the parcel was damaged by the courier to the extent it was not deliverable. One email to Arrow Fresh and I received an almost instant email and call from Harry who arranged for a driver to complete my order immediately despite the 110 mile round trip involved! Truly amazing quality products with first class customer service. Thanks Harry and all the team at Arrow Fresh.

I originally put in an order with Arrow Fresh to be supportive of a new, local business, and it transpires they are as good, if not better, than everything the national supermarkets can do. Delivery is so fast - next day even if you order the night before, and yes, even in Covid times - efficient, nice staff who take away your boxes from the previous delivery. I mainly order two of the variety of veg and fruit boxes which are overflowing with a good variety of veg and fruit, which is of great quality, with a decent shelf life and good value. Fish is also a good buy - not cheap, but you get what you pay for. And it's always worth having a look at the deals of the day across the board, with large discounts. Forgotten a birthday? 'Posh' gifts also available! Love it. Definitely recommended.

I recently received my first order from Arrow Fresh. I was amazed at the care taken in packing. I never saw such good work in packing an order, for anything! The goods themselves were delightful and regional. No better way to buy British than use Arrow Fresh! They also had teas I can't get in Suffolk. I will definitely be ordering again, and again! Thank you to all the crew, buyers, packers, delivery men, everyone was top drawer!!! A great big thank you from Suffolk to Yorkshire. :)

I really never usually reply back to give feedback (as a mum if a 3 month and 2 year old you don't really get spare time"!) but on this occasion I had to. We ordered a hamper for my mother in law for mother's day and it was fantastic! I was so happy to find the Arrow Fresh site via Google and as soon as I saw the hamper and the choice of bits inside knew it would make the perfect gift. Lots of hampers we'd seen for afternoon tea had too much for a couple and needed them to be eaten within a few days. The selection in the Arrow Fresh hamper would allow them to enjoy the treats over at least 2 weeks. As elderly people don't have such huge appetites

I could not be more delighted with my delivery!! Helpful and friendly response to emails. Delivery on the day expected and early in the day. Exceptional quality fruit and vegetables (can't remember the last time I saw such lovely big baking potatoes and I couldn't resist eating some of the strawberries before they even made it to the fridge!). During lockdown I've tried a number of different fruit & veg delivery services, but the value for money at Arrow far exceeds any of them. If my next order is of the same quality, I'm a customer for life! Honestly can't think of anything to fault!

I've now had 2 deliveries from Arrow Fresh and am so impressed with them! I love that we can order from our favourite suppliers like Sykes House Farm and Bans Kitchen all in one place without paying any more than I would if I bought direct. The quality of the fresh produce has been excellent so far too. The availability of delivery slots is great and free delivery when spending over £25 makes them very appealing too as it means I don't need to order in bulk. The website is easy to use and everything arrives well packed and nice and cold. The only drawback I've found is that I can't amend my order once it's been placed, however with same/next day delivery available, this isn't a huge problem and definitely wouldn't put me off using them. I also like that I can earn points and get money off future orders. A great set up! Has been a godsend during lockdown and will definitely be continuing to use Arrow Fresh going forward.

I found Arrow Fresh during lockdown. I have continued to use them because the service is incredibly good. The site is easy to use. The quality of product is also excellent and the only one small issue I had was dealt with so professionally that I was really pleased.My most recent order was wine, Smoked salmon, strawberries, a diffuser to be sent to relatives for a wedding anniversary brilliant!!

Good evening arrow fresh,I am writing to inform you that one of your products is inappropriately named. Im very upset and alarmed by this totally uncalled for. If this word was misused in school you would get detention or even excluded. If this word was used out an about it would cause sadness aswell as anger. This is showcased plain as day in crossgates shopping centre which has a high volume of young children and teenagers. A customer asked for one of these items only to get a shocked dumbfounded response from the member of staff working. Actually infact the poor woman working that day thought she got called this nasty word. I am calling for a imminent professional response to my complaint. I therefore hope that in the future you politely reconsider the wording of the products that you display totally unacceptable ,unwanted and uncalled for I've personally witnessed children asking there parents what that word beginning with s means .please sort this out I expect to receive a reply kind regards josh
