This establishment is cosed during their opening hours far, far too many times. I've lost count a long time ago of how many times I've gone to collect prescriptions and there's a note of excuses on their door saying why they're closed. I've contacted their head office only to be fobbed-off with the shortage of pharmacists excuse. But then, when they are open, the staff - consisting mainly of young girls - sonter around, chit-chatting away amongst themselves about social nonsense as though they have all the time in the world - when there's a queue of patients snaking down the street outside all the way from their front desk! Then there's the coughing.Every single time I'm in there they're coughing away, no masks on or anything, coughing into their hands and everything, then their excuses are that someone has COVID.I wonder why?! Seriously! Excuse after excuse, after excuse, but it's plain and simple to me as a business owner of 25 years: it's poor management!Even 10 days after ordering prescriptions, they still don't have them, even after calling first to confirm they're ready and they will be open, and being promised that they are ready to collect. Then they back-track and say they never said that! That is just lying! Then they put up a sign about staff abuse, suggesting that this is the issue. To say that this place gets people vexed is an understatement. Take a look in the mirror. I don't condone abuse, not at all, but it does not surprise me that it will be a regular occurrence at this pharmacy. No other pharmacy in Perth is like this. They really do need to assess their management and shake things up. Too many people will serious health issues are suffering because of pure incompetence.

Awful communication, very unprofessional, laughing at each other whilst answering the phone to me. Told me that they had ordered my prescription, then said the order was delayed just to say 2 days later when I came in that they hadn’t ordered it.I don't normally leave bad reviews but this place is a joke.

Pharmacy workers always say to come back at the end of the day to collect very rarely is it just a short wait on a prescription. Often they get the prescription from the surgery and it will be left sitting in a pile with nothing getting done to it until you go to collect it then they will even say then to come back the next day or at the end of the day. Bad customer service when they have had the prescription for 2 or 3 days and it’s sitting in a pile not even looked at for me to go collect it and told that i would have to go back the next day as it’s not ready and their to busy to process it that day. They just handed it back to me and said to try elsewhere. Clearly didn’t want any extra work or prescriptions to make up so are sending you round the city to hunt for another pharmacy instead. One of the worst pharmacies for waiting times and delays. I know it’s a busy pharmacy but come on if you know it’s that busy then hire more staff to keep the service running. This has been like this in this pharmacy for years now and never improves. Seems every time I’m in their more talking than working getting done so maybe need to change the staff instead of getting additional staff if they can’t afford additional staff. I am now in process of changing pharmacies which is a shame as this pharmacy is just round the corner and handy just to pop to however after being left without prescriptions when I have really needed the medicines they have left me with no option but start going to another pharmacy.

Never open when it says it will be. I’ve been unable to pick up my prescription for over a week now because I can only manage 9am or 6pm, and twice I’ve gone and the note on the door says 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm! I get it if you have staff shortages but please update the google opening hours, I do this for my business when need be so not sure why they can’t do it too?

I put repeat prescription request to our surgery early on a Monday morning and phoned chemist on Friday to check that it was ready - they have our mobile number to send a message to us but they have never done this. The person I spoke to said they had only received our prescription request that morning (!) and it would not be ready until the following week - I suggest you collect your repeat lists and go to another chemist" I said I really only needed one item for my husband and could they do that and we could wait for the rest. "No - we are 3 days behind and cannot do that - it will be next week before we can do it so I suggest you go to another chemist" I went in to collect our repeat slips and after checking my details

Not happy with this pharmacy one bit. With this virus going on everyone is having to wait outside. My daughter had been waiting for around 15 minutes, when one of the assistants came out and said they were closed. They sent away my daughter and one other person. You could have served them. Would have taken a couple of minutes. Result we've had to come back and have waisted more fuel. I'm sure the government is telling us to stay in and this is what you are doing to individuals.Look at your policy again.

Been here twice so far and I just cannot recommend it. The first time, a young lady notified us that they were in the process of a stocktake on top of an over two week backlog (which I guess I can't blame them, businesses need time for stock and backlogs), however on the second visit (over a month later), we were told of a minimum two hour wait on an emergency prescription. The location is prime since it's next to a doctors surgery, but the service is lacking and I feel that the staff need time to fix things and better their customer service.

Terrible. I am unable to pick up my prescription. They always close at lunch and there is a always a massive queue down the street if you try to pick up around 5.30 which is often the only time people that work full time can pick up so as a result its always very busy. I went to go pick up on a saturday morning hoping I'd finally get my prescription and when i arrived they are closed for the day" with no explanation."
