Absolutely love my Rouse Home, fantastic design and specification throughout, everyone always comments on the stunning kitchen island and bi-folds, such a feature. Would recommend to anyone looking for a top quality new home!

Excellent builder. Reservation to completion went smoothly even through the pandemic. The house is of a quality finish and any snags have been dealt with promptly. Not your bog standard developer. Rouse build a house to be proud of and we are extremely happy with out home.

DO NOT BUY A ROUSE HOME!!! This builder can not build houses to a satisfactory standard, we waited over a year for our property to be built but wish we hadn't bothered. Where shall I start? Cracked and marked sanitaryware, radiators not level, floors not fixed to joists correctly, kitchen units all marked, cables not connected in switches, boiler constantly firing for a whole 7 days, no socket or washing machine feed installed in garage, all woodwork going yellow, wall in kitchen not plumb, stone cills under window constantly cracking, silicone constantly coming away, no end cap on guttering, stairs constantly creaking, silestone worktop dropping, holes in driveway, tiles cracked, windows not opening correctly, stone work externally not plumb, screw holes popping through ceiling. The list is endless I could go on and on. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS! The customer care team are rude and unhelpful and any issues will not be dealt with. We are now getting legal advice in regards to all the above. A £400k home should be built to a better standard. AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS!!!

We moved into our Rouse home in January 2022.The whole process, from viewing the site, selecting our plot, choosing options, through to the final checks and moving in, was professionally carried out. The support from both sales and site managers was brilliant.Once we were in our house, we appreciated the high standards, of design, build, fixtures and fittings. The house felt like a home, right from the start.We've now been in the house for four months, and could not be happier. The building team are still on site, and nothing is too much trouble for the site manager and his team. Any small niggles are sorted straightaway.100% recommend.

All team is very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I love my new house, great quality!

Lovely location, good service and good quality food.

Multiple issues over 2 years 150 and more still not resolved. This isn’t just me either as majority of the estate have had leaks, floods downstairs and even subsidence. Please avoid at all cost.

We had a very pleasant experience with Rouse Homes. We reserved through the first pandemic lockdown and managed to work the full agreement with limited (site) staff. Site manager (Eddie) and his team looked after us all the way through development and after care. Compared to other home builders they’re 5*
