Excellent service. My PC wasn’t booting up at all, Joel dropped what he was doing to look at it. Needed a new drive and windows needed to be re-installed. He also added an upgraded office package with lifetime license and fitted an extra 8 gig of ram while he was working on it. All completed in just 3 hours. Had a slight issue with the ram upgrade the following day but Joel again stopped what he was doing and came to my house within the hour to resolve the problem in no time. Very competitive prices, rapid and friendly service with an after sales service that most companies could only dream of. Very pleased. Will certainly use again and would strongly recommend.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Joel. He built my son a gaming PC which he absolutely loves, and he's been fantastic at sorting out any little problems we've had setting it up. I've left it a few months before writing this review to see how things have worked out, but since the initial setup we've had no issues and Joel has been great whenever we have had any questions or needed some advice. Joel responded really quickly to my request for help, was diligent in ensuring he identified the fault quickly & correctly so I was not paying for anything that wasn't required and kept me up to date throughout. The repair was done in less time than anticipated and price was really reasonable with some additional work done to speed up the laptop. Would use Joel's services again if needed and would recommend.

Incredible! My hard drive completely failed on me, but however Joel helped me, and now my laptop is working perfectly. He charges a fair price for his time and what he does. I would recommend thank you again

Joel did an amazing job with my laptop. He found the issue within a day and was able to fix it. I've asked couple of other people before I took the laptop to him and they all wanted to get a new motherboard as they didn't knew where exactly the problem was and they didn't knew how to fix it.He did an amazing job.Deff will recommend him!
