A complete rip off I paid a deposit for an industrial sander and it was not recredited what a company . I now have to chase the payment .

Great store, well laid out and good selection of products.Downside is incredibly rude staff. Asked where something was, the man (looked mixed race) sighed as if I was bothering him. Then when paying they seemed more focused on banter between themselves than serving customers.

This is the first time I’ve used Travis Perkins for tool hire & I want give a mention to the gentlemen Ray in tool hire. Exceptional clear service. Made me very comfortable with the hiring process. Will definitely use again.Andy,

Disregard towards a long term customer and money loss making delivery service. An order placed a week in advance arrives two days later.I've been a client of the Vauxhall branch for many years all went pretty smoothly except the last order. I placed the order with Darrin O'Connor a week in advance to make sure that we'll have it delivered on the day in the morning. The day comes but no order is delivered. After chasing them repeatedly over the phone in the branch, because Darrin wasn't answering his phone, they acknowledged that they have no stock hence no delivery. They promised a delivery for the following day in the morning. And it didn't happen. I started chasing them again halfway through the morning and they promised that the driver is close. I kept chasing and same reply although the time was passing. In the afternoon still no delivery until almost 3pm. By this time the work day was almost over and my team waited 2 days of work (paid in full) for this order without which the project couldn't start. Still no news from Darrin.Starting with the manager, except the usual we do our best"

Good location and plenty of space for parking

While variety of products is vast and usefully located at the centre of London. Good amount of products in stock for any project needs.Like other customers I found customer service rather lacking or poor. Chaps at front of desk seem offended that customers would even come in to shop as though they have been disturbed as they were having a chat amongst themselves. Therefore had to give 3 stars

Travis is great they have most of the things you might need and will source of order you anything they don't stock . There's plenty of parking . Tho there opening hours are not great they close at weekends when most of us are still working and need materials. So great news I've been informed travis is now open on Saturdays till midday . That's great

Ordered a freeze kit from this branch and the site were very efficient. Pay rise for the whole crew as this is not your ordinary team. Thanks

Good yard, the forklift staff are brilliant, very helpful, quick tip, perfect.

Absolutely first class service. Needed 10 C24 4.8 meter timber planks and 5 C16 4.8 meter planks.John in the yard got straight on it and helped me load it onto my van and the chap driving the forklift brought the whole stack of timber from the top shelf out the back right around to the front so that we didn't have to carry it all...He parked up right next to the van making loading not only quick, but easy.Then, if the service wasn't enough, I went to pay for my load. I had worked out that it would be around £340 according to the prices on the website.The lady on the counter took my purchase order, did a bit of tapping on the computer, looked up and said, £242 okay for you?..."Okay?...OKAY??!?....That was almost a £100 under budget!...And I didn't even ask about a discount or was expecting one!....You could have knocked me down with a feather!I can't fault these guys here at Travis Perkins
