Hadrian Pet Hotel

This Kennel used to be great i had my dogs stay here for years without a problem. Recently i had my dog stay for a week and was shocked to see half the food i gave returned, and to see her filthy. Really not sure what have happened to this place but i would never return.

Realised I never wrote a review when my dog stayed here when I was getting married, along with my in laws' dog. Both dogs are difficult in that my GSD is severely reactive, and my in laws husky has separation anxiety, so they almost never go into kennels- I was really worried about leaving Kaiser but the staff were great with him and both dogs left with waggy tails!

Whenever I have used the Hadrians services we have had a brilliant experience. My precious Poppy throughly enjoys her stays here and is always extremely happy and calm when I collect her. The new staff are all very kind and attentive, and clearly take great care of the animals. Highly recommend them and thank you for all of the stays so far xx

This is my dogs favourite place to go. He literally jumps on the reception desk to say hi to the staff. They're friendly, helpful and have went above and beyond more than once for me and chewie. Wouldn't go anywhere else

To support 'Mrs Middleton' as her daughter and our family dog, Eddie, returning in the state he did, I have uploaded the images of him around 24 hours after his departure from this establishment.Truly disgusting to see the state of the dog following his short, 2 week stay with them. How anyone could treat a dog on such a horrific manner, let alone hold their head high, knowing this is the neglectful state an animal has left their premises in, is beyond me.Thankfully he is home, safe and will, thank god, make a full recovery! I am astonished at the neglect, poor care and manner our dog has been treated with, not to mention the attitude of the staff we have dealt with.This dog has lost nearly 10kg in 2 weeks!! Couldn't pass fecal matter for over 24 hours! His testicle have been hugely infected and he stank for the state of his fur and has been an absolute wreck for the past 48 hours.Please do NOT use their services, if you value your pets wellbeing.

Our dog stays here often and he absolutely loves it! He was so excited to visit this last time that he dashed to the car. He's a large dog and can be a lot to handle, but the staff is so good with him, and have been nothing but lovely to us. He has stayed around a dozen times as my husband & I both travel often for work, and we have never had a single issue. They've even been quite flexible with us when it comes to timings and even have brought him home for us on short notice.I've seen some of the more recent negative reviews and honestly, they don't sound like the same place we frequent and love at all.

Aimee and Robbie are great and very caring with the animals. The new staff have really turned around the pet hotel.My dog had a great time here. The love and care for the animals is exceptional. Will use again.

Called and cancelled my booking the day before our holiday leaving us in the lurch. After phoning round all the kennels in the area I discovered this has been going on for a couple of weeks and they still left it to the day before to inform me. It's the end of the road for this place and good riddance.

The staff are absolutely superb! Would definitely let my little doggy stay there again. Felt so confident leaving him there and when we picked him up he looked as if he'd been really well looked after. Please take care when reading the previous reviews as I have NOT had the experience at all, I found the pricing to be extremely reasonable especially compared to other local pet hotels. The accommodation is clean and the owner is clearly an animal lover and the staff are truly lovely <3
