Pets at Home Norwich Longwater
Rabbits and hamsters and kept in tiny cages and have no enrichment toys which is essential for animals when their teeth constantly grow. There was a tank of half dead fish who had swim bladder, I let a staff member know and she couldn’t care less. They have no respect for the animals they sell.

Good pet shop with lots of options and advice for pets. Would of given it 5 stars, but there does seem to be a tendency to run out of stock quite fast and regularly.

Bought fish for our grandsons aquarium that we also purchased from P at H! Took a while to find a member of staff to help us but when we did was very patient and helpful to our 6 year old who was very excited to be choosing his first fish!

Seem to have lost their way a bit with regard their aquarium section. They used to have a good choice of tanks, but these days the choice is pretty woeful.

This store is not huge but has every essential for your pet.Groom room (near entrance) and vet surgery (at the back).Small animals to buy at the entrance of the shop. Rabbits very very sweet. Hamsters were sleeping. Friendly staff and lots of space to socially distance. Surprisingly the vets was very quiet.

Very helpful staff. Two of them have been extremely useful for advice on the bearded dragon and set up/food we bought recently. Most definitely recommend this shop. We always use the vets in store too. Amazing deals for pet foods for both live food and standard cat, dog food and fish foods and accessories
