Disgusting customer service!! The guy behind the counter was so hostile and uninterested, has no idea about customer service, prices or how to address enquires for a colour change, then insults me on top of it! Saying it's not my business to know the prices". So I asked him are you a colourist to which he replied yes! So is he just RUDE and ARROGANT to new people?! I had my colour done at the Notting Hill branch with a wonderful lady

I went today to get my hair done by Andy. I am very sceptical about London hairdressers, as I had a few bad experiences and I was looking for “the one”. I think I have just found him! Andy is very professional and caring; he took enough time to understand what I wanted. I said to him “I trust you” and let him style my hair. The result was excellent, and I am delighted with the overall experience. I will surely be coming back. I cannot recommend him enough!

Always had my haircut done by Andy, top work, always happy with the result and the customer service. This time, as Andy was busy, decided to try a different stylist. I do understand the staff is really busy, there is a lot of work to do. The stylist was really in a hurry to finish my haircut, although the time for the haircut is 30 min, mine was finished in 17. Was left full of hair, my face, my clothes, wasn't even offered to get a tissue to clean myself or at least get the hair blown off. Don't think that's how you make your customers feel welcomed. Got home, had to finish the stylist's job. Uneven cut, found a lot of hair locks longer the other, so had to adjust it myself. Was always happy to pay £25 and leaving tips, this time felt like £25 was a lot for the quality of service provided.Don't have the intention to lower the ratings, so i'll leave 4 stars.

I came happy and I left literally depressed. Horrible place, crazy cold, no heating, no music, no atmosphere, my hairdresser was chatting to other customer while she was doing both of us, I was feeling sooo sorry that I had no headphones, cos Linda's, listening to what I had to, that was for going to hospital afterwards. This place is crazy overpriced for low standards they are delivering. Even if I'll have my hair done here for a year for free, I wouldn't come back.

been 3 times for a haircut with Andrea and each time I've left happy. She listens and her work is great! sad to see that prices have increased so much (£10-15) over the last few months, not sure I'll be able to keep going...

Naz did an amazing job of highlights and colour on my hair! She did exactly what I asked for, and I would highly recommend her!

Though he practically birned my scalp while hair drying, the style stayed and suited me. A repeat visit would be in the carfs if i am ever in london again.
