Brilliant service, problem fixed within 1 day, starting SaturdayPhoned Friday; wash machine had power but no lights, nothing. Alan came out Sat pm tested various parts to find a short circuit in main control board was at fault, due to an insect crawling in. Heating element also gone.I would normally expect to have to buy new control board for £100+ but Alan took it away, fixed it and came back later than evening to replace etc and now the machine is working just fine.What a brilliant service, who would ever expect same day fix? He's also got some great lines of poetry and monologue!Thank you Alan

Alan replied to my message within the hour and visited the next day. His determination not to be beaten by naff Neff dishwasher was remarkable. Sadly, even his skills were insufficient to repair my hardly used machine and we declared it dead. Later that night Alan rang. He had been searching Google and come up with something he thought was worth a try – a tiny new part but he couldn’t be 100% sure it would work. He was totally honest at all times. Two days later he was back – machine out, new part fitted and Hey Presto – I’m up and running again. Alan is an exceptional tradesman who accompanies his clients with comic monologues while he works! High entertainment and a dishwasher/washing machine engineer extraordinaire. I could not recommend him highly enough.

We were lucky to be fitted in quickly - Alan arrived promptly and did a great job on our blocked washing machine filter.

Following the 48-hour failed repair by Glotech (who would not offer a return visit as they said they could not get any parts for our CDA Dryer or give a refund!), I called Alan. Not only did he procure the needed part, but the dryer is actually working better! I should have called him first as he did an excellent repair on our washer a few years back! Top-notch service and professionalism! I do not recommend Glotech, who advertise a six-month labour and repairs guarantee on their website. Thanks Alan!!!

First class service, rang on a Sunday and Alan came that day, diagnosed the fault, and after obtaining a replacement part he came on the following Tuesday to fit and test. Really excellent service which is very rare these days.......and at a very very good price. If your washer goes wrong then Alan’s your man.

Alan was able to come out and fix our dishwasher the same day. He was knowledgeable, efficient and had it working again really quickly. Definitely recommend Alan and would use him again for repairs without hesitation.

As a qualified engineer myself writing this review, Alan provided an excellent service and was very knowledgeable of his field of work. He repaired the pump and replaced the heating element in my washing machine. After the repairs he remained and observed the washing machine to be sure it was functioning as it should be. He's very thorough.Not only this, but Alan is also a poet who writes comedy monologues, so whilst having your home appliances repaired you can expect some light entertainment as he shows of his poetic flair.I'd highly recommend him as an independent tradesman, with 20 years of experience in his industry. He's kind, friendly and very chatty whilst still providing a meticulous, thorough and excellent service.Big thumbs up.
