Really glad I chose the Knowledge Academy as my course provider for Agile PM and Scrum Master - thanks to fantastic support from Eden Canarn in the Customer Service Team all my queries were handled swiftly and efficiently.Eden has been there for me start to finish at any point of my training journey, and expertly guided me through the next steps.Last but not least, Eden's friendly and personable manner makes her a great adviser to work with.

Alfie Avis, Customer care executive, has been a life safer every time he has dealt with my requests/query, Alfie is very polite and honest in helping, he always goes an extra mile in his customer service. I appreciate and I am thankful to Alfie for all the support he has given for a year.Alfie - there is only 5 stars for me to score, but you are more than 5 stars. Wish you the very best.Kind regardsStanley

THIS SCORE IS FOR ALFIE, NOT FOR TKA.....I WOULD RATE THEM 1 STAR!My issue has been ongoing for 9 months now during which time I have engaged with several persons at TKA. My score of '5 STARS' is only related to my interaction with Alfie as he was able to bring this unpleasant experience to a resolution, something I didn't think was going to happen. Working with Alfie made me feel like my concerns were valid as he took the time to listen and understand the facts presented to him. It was the first time someone from TKA actually called me; all other correspondence was via email and usually ended abruptly with an unfavourable outcome. I liaised with Alfie before (on unrelated matters) and he was a great now as he was then. Truly an asset to TKA and I do hope I get to work with him in the future when booking my next course (which I already paid for, not a new one!)

Online self paced courses -COMPLETE RUBBISH AND AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!I was very much looking forward to doing the three SharePoint courses to try and enhance my skills base.I had looked at various companies offering the training as I was unable to afford the classroom sessions.I spoke to Alirida Shugaa at the Knowledge Academy who suggested the online course, who sold me, what sounded like a good price, there was an exam at the end, and they were all MS Accredited which sealed the deal for me.I purchased and paid £2160 for the three courses on 11 July but didn’t receive any course information or access to any of the courses. I contacted Alirida Shugaa for assistance but no response (typical salesperson, take the money and run). I contacted the customer service who informed me that the courses were still being written. On the 9 August, 33 days later, I have received access to one of the courses, however I was still waiting for access to the other two! Once I was finally given access to the courses I was totally and utterly disappointed. All the courses consisted of watching a video of a PowerPoint presentation of various modules with a ‘computer voice over’ reading what was on screen who sometimes gets the words wrong.I did request a refund for the two courses I hadn't started but was informed that you cannot get a refund for online self paced courses. There is no exam, only the SharePoint End user course had a few multiple-choice questions, of which you could redo multiple times and have no relevance in the grand scheme of things. At the end of the course, KA send you a certificate that states you have completed the course and nowhere does it state it is MS Accredited! I also had to contact KA on numerous occasions to ask for some sort of notes, so I had something to take away from this course. The only ‘interactive’ part I had in the course was clicking ‘next’ to move onto the next slide. These courses may be of use to you if you have used SharePoint before or have access to SharePoint where you can follow the on-screen information. If you have neither of these, you may as well buy a book and read it. I feel I have not learned anything more than before I started the courses.I feel like I was mugged and robbed of £2160 and that I haven’t learned anything at all apart from purchasing a very expensive notes which I had to almost beg for!To learn a software you need to actively follow the ‘how to’ instructions, not just read and look at the odd screen shots. There should be a link to a training area of SharePoint that you can access, so the information you are given makes sense and you can see it in context. So my experience and opinion -All and all COMPLETE RUBBISH AND AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!Footnote – I have just watched the Nintex Forms and Mobile Live 55220A course (the last of the courses purchased) in 10mins! I am none the wiser than if I hadn't watched the video. If you divide £2160 by the three courses they are £720 each. The Nintex course cost me £72 per minute!I had a screen shot showing that the website states the courses are MS Accredited and they are interactive and a copy of my certificate showing that nowhere does it state MS Accredited, but I am unable to upload them.

The Knowledge Academy is a good provider of solidly taught material of all varieties. Easily digestible, with a decent, linked certification system.Their customer service is a different thing entirely, which should be taken as the industry standard. Brilliant, quick, effective and uses data effectively to not pester you with authenticating questions and silly checks.Very good organisation all round, standing above the rest due to its customer focus.I said I would, so here it is - the star service from Rebecca Ferguson. Thanks again.

The Knowledge Academy are scam artists. They took my money to provide a number of ITIL4 training courses. There were repeated issues with all courses, no links to join the training, last minute rescheduling, study materials missing, queries unanswered etc.It quickly became apparent that they didn't have trainers for two of the courses I had signed up for, evidenced by the trainer is ill and can't take the course" messages

I requested a yellow belt Lean 6 Sigma exam but had not received it yet. Using the chat function on the knowledge academy website, I was connected with Kiera who was really patient with my slow responses in between work meetings. Kiera went above and beyond to update their system and try to send me the exam on the same day, so I could complete it before starting the green belt course the following day. Keira was efficient, kept me up to date by email and was friendly in communication. I couldn't be more grateful for Keira's tailored help and attention. Thank you!

I really had a very bad experience with Knowledge Academy, I booked an exam with them and paid the price asked by them but when I asked for the exam voucher, they demanded more money and said that exam body had increased the price however nothing as such was mentioned when I purchased the course from them. I am still struggling to get my exam voucher, they are not reachable on their customer support no , along with that I had sent multiple emails to them but no luck. Stay away from this company else they will put you in the trap.

I purchased a package offer from The Knowledge Academy, so have completed several courses with them. Overall, my experience has been a positive one; that’s not to say everything went ‘swimmingly’, but any problems I did encounter were swiftly and professionally dealt with by Alfie Avis from the Customer Care team, so a big thanks and praise for him personally. The five stars are for Alfie; TKA would probably get 4 stars overall - I found the instructor-led courses to be better than the self-paced ones. The most important thing to take from my experience is that if you do encounter any minor issues, there’s a willingness to deal with them quickly and fairly. You can’t really ask for much more
