Fantastic service. On way down to spend a week near Narberth hit a pot hole on the M4 and developed a front suspension knock. Rushacre was recommended by our host who rang them and was told to pop car down next morning. Turned up at 9ish and was seen to straight away by a very professional mechanic who took my car on a road test then up on a ramp to investigate fault. Not too serious and sorted then and there. This sort of garages are very difficult to find these days as there all run by accountants now. They spent a good hour on me and my car and never charged me .Highly recommended

Highly Recommended! I was on holiday in the area when my VW Golf developed a fault which brought on multiple errors on the dash. I called the local VW main dealer who were extremely unhelpful so I tried Rushacre Garage who came up on a google search. After explaining the fault they said I could drop the car in straight away to be plugged in. The fault was found within 30 mins of the call. The car was then fixed within an hour of the replacement part arriving. I can't fault their service at all and it was such a pleasure to deal with a friendly, knowledgeable garage. When you're in a different area it can be concerning to go to an unknown garage to you as you never quite know what you are going to get. I can assure you from my own experience that you won't go far wrong using Rushacre Garage.

My car needed a repair quickly and the boys got me in as soon as they could and 2 days later my car looked in better condition than the day I bought it! Recommend to anyone!

This is the first time I have used this garage. This was in relation to a respray on a rear bumper which had been damaged by a third party. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they managed to book me in & the quote seemed reasonable. They did the job when they said they would and I collected the car exactly when they said it would be ready. I was happy with the finished result which was a good match to rest of the bodywork. I paid the amount originally quoted and based on my experience would recommend this body shop. Staff were polite and very professional.

Fitted my car in quickly, diagnosed the fault and fixed it the same day whilst updating me at every stage. First class service 5⭐️

Really disappointed. This garage carried out additional and unnecessary work on my car without calling to ask or inform me and then overcharged.I asked for the brake pads to be replaced on my car, they replaced the pads and discs without calling to inform me and couldn't give me a price when they called to say that they'd already done it. I found it worrying that additional work was done to my car without informing me or providing a quote for the parts first so I called around a few garages and got a quote for parts, labour and tax on average for £120. Rushacre later called back and gave me a quote over the phone of £150 however when I arrived to collect the car, they then said that the price that they had quoted over the phone didn't include tax so charged almost £190 instead!

Fantastic service. Even though I ended up with extra problems with my car, the staff were really helpful and offered me a curtosity car to get home. I had my little girl with me too and they were kind enough to help me watch her whilst transferring car seats.
