Well Pharmacy

Terrible service.Sometimes they will text to let you know if your prescription is ready, while other times they won't, and it's virtually impossible to phone them to find out.The only option then is to make a 30 minute walk with the possibility (probability) of returning empty handed.Back to an online pharmacy I think.

Visited at opening time this morning to enguire about a prescription that was issued by the Doctor 3 days ago. It was obvious the customer facing staff member was under stress and could give no assurance that the item would be available later in the day - she was proved right.So the on-line consultation with the Doctor was done within an hour andthe prescribed medicine is available within a minimum of 6 days

Never answer the phone. Ever. Impossible to contact. Very poor stock control (and if you try to call in advance, see previous comment)!

I visited the pharmacy last week to collect a prescription for my wife. Due to a mistake by the doctors the prescription had been delayed arriving at the pharmacy, leaving my wife short on her medication.The lady on the collection counter could not have been more helpful tracking down her prescription and after a short wait I got the medication my wife needed. I can't the remember the name of the lady who served me but she did have red hair she certainly did a great job. Great service many thanks.

I've always picked up my prescriptions from here due to it being next door to my doctor's. The staff for the most part have been friendly to me except on one occasion. I was running around trying to get a prescription for my son and had been back and forth, I misheard the lady when she was speaking and she shouted at me loudly in front of the whole store. This was increably embarrassing and totally uncalled-for. I appreciate they must have to deal with some problematic customers but that doesn't mean the should take it out on the other customers. I went to the well pharmacy in Whitleigh and they were really helpful and friendly even though they had a bad day.

I have never been so frustrated with a pharmacy. I am fully aware it must be so busy with being after covid. However this is the third time I’ve put in a prescription here for my daughter, and they don’t tell me it’s in, the second time I went in and asked them to give me a phone which they said they would. They never did so when I queried it, the lady had said I never gave them a phone number? Which I didn’t realise they didn’t have, as I was never asked for one. So I asked my Dr to send it to boots instead and I found out they had sent it to here (well) so I’ve tried to get through to them all day, but they don’t answer the phone and I’m sure they’re answering them hanging up as it’ll ring a different amount of times each time then makes an end call noise. I’m so disappointed in this place. The only staff member I can rate is a woman called Wendy who takes her time with customers and try’s to help anyway she can. It’s such a shame because I will be making sure any prescriptions are sent elsewhere from now on.

This chemist has always bent over backwards to help. We live in Wales, but i order and deal with my dad's medication as he is 88 housebound lives in the are of crownhill, Plymouth.I have found this chemist first class in its customer service.I am grateful for their help.I have tried other chemists in the area and have found them to be absolutely shocking.I really appreciate this chemist for being able to help when I physically cannot. A big thank you.

Was served by a lady called jo and all I can say is wow. Never has another member of staff in that chemist been more helpful! She was an absolute delight and massively under valued in that place

Customer service varies from good to poor, you really can't tell. I've had a prescription done in 10 minutes and another took 4 days of non stop chasing.I've even missed prescriptions because they never tell you when something is in and most take a week to sortI wish it would improve as it's so close to the surgery

Shocking is an under statement! Had my prescription since 29th March and its been over a week now, was told on the 31st it would be ready by Friday the 1st, still not received a text and when you ring they put the phone down as not to answer,very poor excuse of a chemist...Avoid!!Update! Still a shocking pharmacy, had a prescription for 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on items! Also the lunch break time is a ridiculous time of the day. Will be using a family run pharmacy in future which has more delightful staff and don't have to wait 3 weeks for a prescription.
